I’ve used the Facebook Publish plug-in to schedule a few posts to FB for next week … but now I want to delete one of the scheduled posts to FB. (I don’t want to delete the WP post itself … I just don’t want it posted to FB next week.)

Is there an easy way to do delete a scheduled post to FB using FB Publish? (An “Unschedule” link in the Scheduled Posts page of FB Publish would be great!)

If there is not an easy way, can I use phpMyAdmin to just delete a certain row in a certain FB Publish table? Or does scheduling a post to FB involve more than just a single row in a single table?

Hi, Pramod. I find Facebook Publish to be the best WP-to-FB plug-in for my purposes, so I’d like to help develop it further. I’m experienced with WP, but I’m new to FB.

It appears that FB has at least a few different formats in which an FB post can appear: small image beside headline and text; no image, just text; large image with text below.

Facebook Publish doesn’t seem to allow me to choose which format I want to use for a given WP-to-FB post. I would be very interested in helping you develop that capability, as that would make Facebook Publish just about perfect for me.

I’d like to hear your thoughts on what it would take to add that feature. I’d also like to know where I could find some documentation about the different formats a FB post can use.

This plugin relies on publish_actions, a deprecated Facebook feature, and is therefore completely non-functional.

Someone should remove this plugin from www.remarpro.com, as it’s completely non-functional and has been since Facebook changed its API last year.

Too bad, because it appears to be the only free, simple WP-to-FB plugin that provides both post/don’t post and the ability to schedule the post right on the Edit Post page!

Hello, I’ve inserted my Facebook app ID and my app secret key in my plugin page, and on my Facebook App, in the OAuth redirect URI field in the Facebook login section, I’ve inserted the value https://alfio82.000webhostapp.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=facebook-publish, as suggested in my Facebook page plugin, but I keep getting this error messag: “URL Blocked: This redirect failed because the redirect URI is not whitelisted in the app’s Client OAuth Settings.”, but in the App Domains field of the basic settings of my app, I have “https://alfio82.000webhostapp.com”, my app domain. I’ve also tried with whatI see in the query string parameter “redicrect_ulr” that I see in the link on the “Authorize Now” button, with same results. What could be the problem? Thanks in advance.

The only plugin that access FB on my site is this one.

When I create new post and save it, but not publish, so it is not even visible on my blog, this plugin publishes link to Facebook. This results with invalid published url.

This happens even if I turn off autopublish option.

Hello I see issue with post rotation module, which auto publishing on FB do not work correctly ( post rotation works correctly ).

Thanks for a simple but worthwhile plugin.
Installation was easy, but when adding a post, the calendar is greyed out. There is a s class added to each date table cell : “xdsoft_disabled” which I assume is disabling the calendar. How to enable it?

Is there any way, I can post the posts to the page associated to the app, instead of my personal profile?

I have the Plugin working on 2 sites. Set it up fresh on another site, it fails.
This site is not posting to a Page, but just a User timeline.
I have tested with other plug-ins (tested the App Setup at FB) and they work (but I hate the format of those plugins).

Posting or updating causes this. I have disabled iTheme Security as well.

Anyone have any ideas?

I have used this plugin successfully before–see the two posts on this facebook page, the successful one dated June 30 and the unsuccessful one dated July 19. I have changed nothing, but now the WP pages are “not found.” Any help?

Is there a way to “auto publish” so you don’t have to tick the check box on every post?
There is no way to check the auto post on the wordpress mobile app.

Every post, one would think would be cross posted.
So is there a way to enable that in the code?

Point me in the right direction and I can probably do some hacking there.

FYI, If you are using iThemes Security, and attempt to authorize, you will get a blank white page with no errors, but it will not authorize.
Navigate to Plugins, Deactivate iThemes Security, Authorize the Facebook Publish Plugin, then Re-Activate iThemes Security.

Hi. I’m trying to reach out to the plugin author, I wrote him on his website and write here. Tell me you abandoned this plugin or it will still be supported and updated? You buried him or is he going to live?

Can I have multiple fb accounts set up with your plugin and have ready fb posts to be moderated by my clients? Like, they pay me for the art, and they can see it done on my site, if they like it they press publish, and it is on their profile. Is that possible with your plugin? Or do you know any plugin that does that? Thank you!

Recently I started using the FACEBOOK PUBLISH WORDPRESS PLUGIN. But so far I can not schedule the post.
I enter the day, hour and minutes that will be published, and everything happens. But on the scheduled day the post does not appear on Facebook’s timeline.
