The size is not customizable and in mobile it is not responsive thus the X button does not show properly. Dont know if PRO version has those features but there are Free versions of other plugins working better.

This plugin is really great: it brought me dozens of new fans every day since I’ve been using it on [Link redacted] and [Link redacted] . However, since a few weeks I’ve noticed that when Facebook Page Promoter Lightbox is active, it kills PageSpeed Insights speed score (40/100 when plugin is active, instead of 65/100 when not active).
I think this problem is related to a recent update of Facebook’s API or something. It might be worth checking on that side.

It is a very nice and functional plugin, although some settings should be available to use with the free version such as hiding the popup when a user is connected and already liked the fb page.
