I needed to deactivate the Facebook plugin because it was slowing down completely the woocommerce shop. Many cache problems. Now it is disabled but I would need to use. Can you help me ?
]]>Hej,
we tested the plugin for the connection from our shop to Instagram Shopping.
A few things struck me…
so please do your homework ??
]]>Hi,
It has been two days since this plugin has been significantly slowing down our site. Click on the provided URL, then choose a random product: the product page takes about 7 seconds to load, whereas it only takes a few tenths of a second if the plugin is disabled. Everything was functioning normally until now.
Here is the system status report :

Thanks for your support
edit : I just noticed that the plugin fails to synchronize products to FB too…
Hello,
Actually i havent noticed this problems before and i am testing my site on a daily basis. During my tests today i found my site periodically very slow and ajax add to cart has been entirely slow the entire day.
After going throug the standard procedure deaktivating all plugins i did find that Facebook for WooCommerce was the issue. Done several tests now and after deactivating your plugin everything works as normal, very fast.

A few more people experienced this issue. Today – our site (WooCommerce) had become extremely slow.
After debugging and updating all the plugins, we netted out that the issue is due to the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin.
Not only it causes products to display after 10-15 seconds load time, but also messes any queries for filters. When you try to access the plugin from admin, it takes 15+ seconds to load and in general causes the whole site to slow down.
After the plugin is disabled everything is back to normal.
You have to understand that there are real people, with real business that use the official plugin that you support to sell their products and such issues cause revenue & credeibility issues to stores.
Waiting for your update ASAP.
]]>Over the past few days I have been trying to setup the Facebook for woocommerce plugin. Everything was setup correctly as per the Facebook staff mentioned. But the shop button would not show on my facebook page no matter what I do.
I have just come into the office this morning to try again but now I cannot reconnect the plugin to facebook as I deleted and reinstalled the plugin. Now I am getting the following error when clicking “Get Started”…
App not activeThis app is not currently accessible and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.
]]>Just in case anyone else finds this – I’ve been trouble shooting a page issue where images would take 12s or more to load for some reason. WooCommerce. Possibly started after a recent WordPress update, although I’ve updated the FB plugin to the latest version and still have the same problem.
No idea why, but disabling the fb plugin has fixed the issue for now. Will have to dig deeper and try to understand why.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Facebook Pixel integration in WordPress, specifically with the Purchase event. Despite following the usual steps to set up the pixel and verify it, the Purchase event is not being sent or tracked as expected.
Here’s a detailed breakdown of the steps we’ve taken so far:
Would anyone have any insights into why the Purchase event might not be triggering? Are there any additional steps we can take to ensure this event is being sent from WooCommerce to Facebook?
Thank you for your help!

]]>Hello there,
On the Business Support Home, it shows that my advertising access was restricted for security purposes. And in the what you can do section, there is a button named continue request. But when I click the button, the page was totally blank. And I’ve spent 3 days trying to figure out how to contact the facebook support team or how to solve this bug, tried everything but still cannot continue my request. And now I cannot use Facebook for WooCommerce, what should I do?
]]>Hello,
I use a product set that is created in woocommerce to promote New Arrivals, meaning products that are no older than like 30 days.
Products that are 30+ days older are automatically removed from the category on the website automatically.
I created a facebook set through woocommerce that is mapped to that category, but there the products are not updated.
So if at first 20 products are synced, all the 20 remain there, even if on the website I have like only 18 products.
Why are products not removed, if they no longer appear in the list of products?

]]>Hello,
I was able to successfully sync my products and also exclude products I don’t want on the fb/ing shop. The issue I am encountering is on Meta Commerce manager Quantity to Sell is zero on all products, on WooCommerce the product is on stock with QTY 10 and inventory is enabled.
Please advise on how to proceed, thank you.

RE: Facebook for WooCommerce
I have linked our account to Facebook multiple times. I get the the “You’re all set!” pop up but as soon as I get redirected to my website account I get the following notification “Heads up!?It looks like there was a problem with reconnecting your site to Facebook.”
Please assist. This is getting very frustrating and would really appreciate it if it can be resolved.
Thank you.
]]>Hi
We use the Facebook plugin on our site, and when we run ads, the purchases reported in Ads manager far exceed the sales that we actually have? We’ve done a clean install and it seems to work fine for a couple of days after that with the browser events matching the conversion api events, then they go haywire again and the conversion api far outstripping the browser (browser events seem largely correct). We have tested in events manager, and the purchase event is only firing once, and Meta support haven’t been able to shed any light on this.
Any idea what’s causing this? It’s peak season and we’re unable to reliably run ads?
Cheers
Hi there,
I get the following message when trying to configure the plugin.
I had this plugin before but had to delete it and start again as I had a bunch of unrelated accounts within by meta businesses suite.
Now in meta business suite all I have is a business portfolio with two business assets. The assets are a facebook and an instagram page.
What have I done wrong here and is the anyway for me to fix this?

]]>Hey Woo
After transfering to a TT4 child theme, some stuff vanished from front but nut in editor. On shop page footer will not show. It’s there in catalogue template but non on front. What am I missing?
Also my post categories and tags link to shoppage. Why is the structure broken like this? This was also an issue before child theme. So a clean tt4 install. I have checked that cats and tags block is actually set to post links and not product links, so I am a bit puzzled. Note, the cats and tags for posts, do not exist for products.
Thx
]]>Hello,
I’ve just started receiving warnings from Meta that viewcontent events are not firing through the pixel. I’ve installed the Meta Pixel Helper as per advice found on other topics, and all I can see is pageview events on product pages, with no errors showing. I think this is largely affecting my Dynamic product ads and my retargeting campaign.
It also looks like I’m not getting any event match quality for viewpage events. However, the main concern is viewcontent events being nonexistent right now.
I set up the pixel using the Facebook for Woocommerce plugin in the backend of my website.
I am running v 3.2.9 of the Facebook plugin.
Screenshots from Events Manager below ?? Appreciate any support with this one.

]]>Hello there,
So I got the facebook for woocommerce plugin after I had set up all social accounts but before I properly looked into doing anything related to social media i.e. content etc etc etc.
I think I have connected my woocommerce store to a new made up facebook page (I would have had the original one created before hand) during the plugins set up process but I am unsure what I have done.
Can anyone confirm this for me?
Maybe this is a facebook shop vs a page? I have no idea how this works.
Currently viewing a set up video to see if I did anything wrong but any help here would also be great.

I am experiencing a connection issue between my WooCommerce site and Facebook Business Manager through the “Facebook for WooCommerce” extension. When attempting to sync the catalog, the integration is automatically redirected to a Business Manager named “fifoball9,” which I do not own and cannot access. I am currently unable to disconnect this Business Manager from my site, preventing me from completing the integration with my own Business Manager. Could you help me dissociate my site from this “fifoball9” Business Manager or provide a solution to fully reset this connection so that I can link my own Business Manager ?

]]>I’ve made multiple attempts to synchronize my products in WooCommerce without success. Inventory is set to 0 in Facebook after synchronization instead of the original value from my WooCommerce products. I have tried all the suggestion in different threads with no avail.
One odd thing that caught my attention during the last synchronization was a product which no longer has variants in WooCommerce, it is still displayed with variants in Facebook. I wonder if the Facebook to WooCommerce plug-in is retrieving old data from somewhere.
Your help will be greatly appreciated!
