Ezoic wastes a bunch of your time trying to force you to do bizarre stuff like change your nameservers just to put up some ads. As soon as I installed the plugin, Ezoic blocked our account saying for “content.” Our site is a very professional and high-quality site. It has just been a terrible experience with the service from Ezoic’s support to Ezoic’s plugin.

I regret to share my disappointing experience with the Ezoic Plugin. Unfortunately, instead of enhancing my website’s performance and monetization, it had the opposite effect, causing significant issues that severely impacted user experience.
First and foremost, the Ezoic Plugin drastically slowed down my website. Pages that used to load quickly now take an agonizingly long time to display content, leading to frustrating delays for my visitors. This sluggishness has undoubtedly contributed to a decrease in user engagement and potential conversions.
To make matters worse, the plugin’s installation broke various elements of my site. I encountered numerous glitches and compatibility issues that resulted in distorted layouts, broken links, and overall degraded functionality. This not only compromised the visual appeal of my website but also negatively affected its usability and credibility.
Despite trying different configurations and seeking support from Ezoic, the issues persisted. The promised benefits of increased revenue and improved ad placement were overshadowed by the continuous problems caused by this plugin. It has left me with a sense of frustration and a need to find an alternative solution to rectify the damage done.
Considering the detrimental impact on site performance and the numerous technical glitches encountered, I cannot recommend the Ezoic Plugin to fellow website owners. It falls short of its intended purpose, and the drawbacks far outweigh any potential benefits. I strongly urge others to explore alternative options that prioritize site speed and stability, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience for visitors.

I installed this plugin and then decided not to use it. I tried to deactivate the plugin but it would not deactivate! I tried all sorts of things, but nothing would make it inactive and thus uninstallable. I was forced to revert to backup. Very annoying

Ezoicrap Forced to watch a useless video after signing up on their site in order to continue to the next page, then only to find out my one and only option is to change my nameservers? And there is no delete my account option on their website?
Wasted my time.
And just installing the plugin (no activation) causes my WordPress website to die.

I have been trying for 2 weeks to get this to work. It has broken all of the Ads.txt pages and won’t finish installing because there was already an ads.txt, the support is just “use the plugin” when that doesn’t work support says download “ads.txt manager it is our product” when you do that and it doesn’t work you just don’t hear from them. When you do hear it is 48 hour later typically. I was excited to try and was even sold by the “so easy you will never have to think about ads again” pitch. Well truth is I never thought about them with Adsense and now that is pretty broken and I still don’t have ezoic working and I am stil waiting for support. I would stay away from this. I am hoping maybe they can help in the next 48 hours or I am dumping it.

We couldn’t use the plugin as it broke our site. When we requested assistance we were told we had to leave the plugin activated in order for them to assess the problem and that could take over a week. As meant our site was non-functional, this wasn’t an option. They then proposed that we provide them with our WordPress admin login information as an alternative. For security purposes, this was also not an option. We uninstalled the plugin without the issues being resolved.

At first: This plugin is part of the online ad service “Ezoic”, which can help you monetize your blog or website. It makes no sense to install this plugin, if you are not involved with the Ezoic tech company or are planning to do so.
The PlugIn is aimed to help customers of the Ezoic service to get the most out of their Ezoic membership and to earn money with their site with less effort and with improved speed metrics.
Be aware, that the DNS integration for Ezoic is faster, better and more reliable than the integration provided by this plugin. This plugin’s integration feature is just for the case that you can’t edit your DNS entries.
But besides providing a technical part of the integration of the Ezoic network into your site, it has to offer a lot more.
There are several improvements for your site’s speed, options for caching or using the CDN of Ezoic. And very helpful is a feature to flush these caches and CDNs automatically in case you change an article and don’t want to deliver the old version to your users.
The most recent addition is still a work in progress, but it will become a very great helper for Ezoic customers. I am talking about the Ad Integration System via this plugin. It can provide you with a set of automatic Ad placeholders, that are directly implanted into your site on places matching most themes. And you can edit these placeholders directly on your site. And all these placeholders and their usage will be optimized by Ezoic’s machine learning techniques in the background.
Ezoic is spending a lot of work at the moment, to improve the existing features of this plugin and to add more features in the future. And I believe the work done with this plugin is groundbreaking if you are an Ezoic customer or want to become one.
I really like this plugin, it saved me hours of work. It improved my Core Web Vitals, even though I already optimized them before. And I am confident, that it will help me improve my earnings with a better optimized ad placement in the future, and that with less effort than the methods used in the past.
I can’t say anything about the uninstallation problems some people are mentioning here. I did uninstall it a few times for testing purpose, but I never had the mentioned problems.

This plugin cannot be uninstalled. I worked for about a month with Ezoic support to try and remove it however they have just given up from what I can tell.
When you remove it the website gets stuck on an infinite loop. I had done a lot of work to my website so an old back-up is not a viable option.

My first Ezoic site integration was Ezoic plugin. It’s easy to integrate and works fine.
I have give a try to other Ezoic site integration – cloudfare and nameservers, both didn’t work for me. I have a lot problem with cloudfare and nameservers integration.

Things I like
I found most ad integration will slow your site one way or another, so this is still better than some other ad network.
However, it is mostly not preferred over the DNS name server integration even by Ezoic advertisement, probably need to change that mindset.
