Adds check boxes, but they won’t save.
Unfortunately, it’s the ONLY way I found that even begins to add role permission to widgets, which I sorely want !

Roles are unable to view the Widget interface in dashboard, even if they are granted permission by the Admin. Only the Admin can actually see and edit the widgets.
