We have recently updated WordPress to use 6.1.1 and the redirect box is not longer showing in the classic editor.
Could you tell me when you will be updating this plugin to work with WordPress 6.1.1 please?
After the latest update EPR meta box is unavailable in classic editor. To enable it you need to completely disable the block editor because of use_block_editor_for_post_type
check.
This is suboptimal. Can you please fix it to enable it to work with both Classic and Block editor?
]]>Hi, thank you for this plugin.
Is there a way I can force the target URL to open in a new tab?
]]>This plugin does almost exactly what I need out of the box, but I wanted for the URL redirect to go to a new page/tab.
Turns out that was easier than I expected. I just had to add the target=”_blank” to my content.php file in my child theme.
Thank you for saving me a LOT of time!
]]>Hi!
Thanks, your Plugins great and I like It.
but I have problem, How to show Popular post in my top domain site.
I use multisite network WP version 4.5 and up to 4.6. can you help me fix my problem?
]]>hi, just to let you know this is not working with events posts.
page link plugin does the job by the way …
Activated this plugin but can’t seem to find it in the dashboard menu. Also, can this plugin be used to change a product thumbnail image on shop pages to link to an external site? Or just be the same as what the ‘buy it now’ button would be
Thanks!
]]>First let me say thank you for a great plugin! Please Please keep it updated.
Second question which was asked a couple years ago is….is there a possibility of somehow having it open in a new page?
Thank you again for your great product!
Hi,
I see in faq the meta fields but i need the meta field for the link,
i have a plugin to import posts by xml feeds that support meta fields and i like to automate the proccess with links,
Thanks,
Stathis
I’ve been trying to hook into epr_post_types in my functions.php to work with a custom post type called “reports.”
Is there example working code that a less-experienced coder can use to get it working? Thanks.
]]>Is there some sort of conditional statement to check if a post or page has an External Permalink?
Thanks
]]>I’d like to switch the older ‘External Permalinks’ plugin we’re using in the VIP repo to your new plugin here.
As far as I can tell, the only improvement I need added is to add the status codes to a class variable and make it filterable. On WordPress.com VIP, we default to a 307 status code.
Are you willing to accept a patch for this?
