Beware not to upgrade yet as this plugin is incompatible with >= 3.6 releases so far.
]]>Hello,
I know that this is not the right place, but I want you to know that I paid for the renewal of the Pro Plugin license and they did not renew it, they ended my licence in 3 sites, they did not answer my emails with the proof of my purchase.
I’m now in contact with PayPal to refund me. Be careful and don’t buy this plugin. I’m thinking that there is no company behind it.
]]>Hello,
The map is only showing on front end, but I can neither see or edit that on the backend.
How can I solve this issue?
Thanks in advance for your help,
Andrea
Hello,
I wonder if this has happened to anyone else. I first used the free version and created all the marker pins. Then upgraded to the pro version. Marker pins were still visible but all of a sudden they disappeared. I still can see my list but the pins are not seen anymore on the map.
Any idea what could have happened. Thanks!
]]>The map (default location) shows on the front end but not on the backend. Its just a thin blue line. Putting in address doesnt find lat and long.
you may need admin log in to get past the holding page.
Is anybody else having an issue with this not showing on the back end using Elementor. Views ok on the frnt end, but the column that i add the map to doesn’t view or give me any options to edit using Elementor?

]]>After some research I went for this plugin as it seemed a good balance of functionality and relative simplicity It was easy to set up, and worked well.
Based on this experience, and wanting some features from the Premium version, I paid for the upgrade at https://internetcss.com/store/elementor-google-map-extended-pro/. Unfortunately I have found some bugs and my multiple support requests have all been ignored. The only way to contact them is a mailto link on their website. All my mails have been ignored. I have paid and have no way to get a refund. Do not buy the Premium version!
]]>Is there anyway to show the pin title on the map?
]]>Hi Support,
I’ve purchased the pro version of your plugin, however, I’m seeing an uneditable greyed out map on the front and backend.
I’ve created an API Key, Maps Javascript API, Places API, Maps SDK Android.
Copied my API Key into the plugins section and pasted in my license key.
I am seeing a map, but this gets greyed out with an error message on top – This page can’t load Google Maps correctly. Do you own this website?
Thanks, Gareth

]]>Hi there
I bought the pro version of this plugin and have posted a support request on the facebook forum and wrote an email, but am not getting a response. Is it not supported?
Hi, I am interested is it possible to pull pins from multiple posts on one map, so pins are created dynamically. Or can you guide me where are pins stored in databases so i could add manually, I have large amount of pins.

]]>We have installed plugin and it works fine in Elementor edit panel. However, front end doesn’t show map.
Actually, it shows in other pages, but not showing in Front page.
API key all good (can see map, pins in Elementor).
Tried to set z-index, no luck.
Anything else we might missed?
Thanks
Sam
]]>Hi,
When I’m logged in, I can see the map without any issue. Once logged out, dev tools show “Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined at eb-google-map.js?ver=1.2.1:180”

I would like to use my icons instead of the default google marker. How can I do that?
]]>Hi there, first of all thanks for a very easy to use marker feature plugin. Its search function really helps a lot.
I am getting large request packet sizes for each portion of the map image, which lowers my page speed as well as the page speed rank. Here’s what shows up on GT Metrix https://i.imgur.com/PrEG93M.jpg
For comparison, when using shortcode from another plugin (WP Google Maps), it only pulls a single request. Is there a way to fix this behavior? I’m not that code-savvy so your plugin really works wonders for me.
]]>Hi,
I’m am trying to use the Find Latitude & Longitude functionality to place map pins, however every time I do it, it displays a pop-up with this message: “Geocode was not successful for the following reason: REQUEST_DENIED”. I have my API key set up in the plugin settings, so I am unsure why it is showing this message.
I have tried to set the latitude and longitude of the pins myself by searching for them in Google, however they don’t seem to be placed correctly on the map e.g. some of them appear in the sea.
Many Thanks,
Andrew
Hi,
I tried your Plugin and it works great on Chrome & Firefox. On Internet Explorer I get a greyed out background saying “sorry, we have no imagery here”. Do you know a work around?
Thanks,
Christian
I have stored the API code and the website has been verified. Google Maps works great. Google Map Extended and EAE Google Map do not. The referenced page includes all three. What do I need to do to get Google Map Extended working? Error message appears when in edit mode. Maps display when previewed??

]]>Hi there.
Installed the plugin.
Updated the API key.
(API selected = maps js api)
Error on map loading.
Error message as displayed:
Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.
I installed google maps extended, added in the API code in my wordpress and when I go to add the map to one of my posts it just shows up blank? I have checked the console and no errors are showing. Can you please help?
