The problem is in the checkout process, when you go to checkout, the transaction is approved but even though this message appears “There was an error processing your order. Please check for any change in your payment method and review your?order history before placing the order again.” Of course, my clients saw that error and tried again, so I got duplicated orders anytime. As you can see, the error was identified. It is a shame because this integration helps to keep the inventory on both sites up-to-date, but it is not working properly. I deactivated it but did not eliminate it because I hope you can fix it.

I would like to keep my products on etsy as they are currently good ranked. Instead I like to sync them only by matching SKU in woocommerce and Etsy, is that possible?

With that said I would prefer if it was possible to not import products from woocommerce to etsy with your plugin, but still make 2 products sync with the orders and inventory.

Is it something you would consider adding as a function?

I’m logged in with shop manager access. With administrator access I am able to create a feed. However my customer who is not an admin needs to create a feed. How can I fix this?

When trying to connect to etsy I get this error:

There are no issues with my internet or site. I tired serval times and the same issue occurs.

Hello, I’m considering using a drop ship supplier to sell products. They have plugin integration for woocommerce and they have a plugin for etsy. However, when I create products for woocommerce, these can’t be imported/copied into etsy which means I have to make all the same products again for etsy which is too time consuming. So my idea is to use your plugin to upload woocommerce products into etsy which can then either;

a) import the products from etsy into the drop shipper so when a sale is made it goes straight to the drop shipper with their plugin.

Or if that doesn’t work;

b) orders from etsy are sent to woocommerce as an order, which then sends the order to the drop shipper via their plugin.

My question is; are the outcomes a) and/or b) possible with your plugin?

Does the plugin support synching WooCommerce product variations and the variation images?

What is with products we only sell at etsy? Create your plugin these products in WooCommerce automatically or will i get an error?

Hi, there is a problem with the feed updates. They are not actually updating after creating, even when I go to “manage feeds” and “Update now”.

I’ve changed prices, quantities and descriptions but nothing seems to update in the feed.

Is this not an option available in the free version?

I am trying to create a new feed. In my website I have 5 Categories and 2 subcategories and I choose them all. But on etsy categories section, the plugin only let me choose one very specific category. Is there a way to choose multiple etsy categories? For example, I have earrings and necklaces on my woocommerce store. I want each product to go to its own etsy category. How can I do that?

The plugin auto-updated at around 7:30 AM MST and caused a “Critical Error” message on the site making it completely inaccesible. I deleted the plugin folder and it brought the site back up. Not a big deal for us since we don’t use the plugin anymore but just thought the users and devs should be aware.

just trying to set up and try your plugin and can’t get past step 3 – configure shipping. I have 3 shipping profiles on etsy and it won’t load any of them. I have clicked “create shipping for etsy” but it just takes me to the list of ones I already have – and I did try creating a new one, but plugin still won’t load it. The plugin refers to them as “templates” but on etsy they are called profiles – is there a difference?

I am having issues with syncing my product main image with etsy posting. The image sync will sync the gallery images, but I had a separate main product image. I had to unclick the image sync and woocommerence product sync and manually place the photo on etsy. If I leave both on, the extra photo I added would be deleted.

I’m trying to set up the feed from Woocommerce to etsy where I use a custom field to populate some of the etsy fields. I have two ACF fields, etsy_title and etsy_description, and I’ve matched them as below:
mapAttribute etsy_title to title
mapAttribute etsy_description to description
I’ve also tried
mapAttribute etsy_title to etsy/title
mapAttribute etsy_description to etsy/description
but neither way works. What am I doing wrong?
Also, there is s etsy field that doesn’t appear on required or additional Im trying to map called ‘closure’. I’ve tried
mapAttribute fastener-type to etsy/closure
and
mapAttribute fastener-type to closure and again, nothing happens.
Any pointers as to where I’m going wrong?
