I recently had a sudden spike in users on my website and it had crashed our servers, since then we had upgrade the seervers which brought continued operation of our system since October 31st but the automatical emails of customers stopped. Is their a limit to how much users the plugin can manage to export automatically daily? I have the premium by the way

I’d like to export the 3 default fields provided by woocommerce on standard export that are number of orders, total spent, average of the cart (=AOV).
It seems your plugin doesn’t export them , why ?
By default Woocommerce does it ?

If I go to export all, the plugin crashes with a webserver error 500.
If I try to export only 1000 customers, I get a 0-byte CSV file.
Was considering buying this, but not really able to if it doesn’t work at all.
Hi, I have 480 emails I want to extract. I have set the number of rows to extract to 0, so it should extract them all, but it’s only extracting 27. What am I doing wrong please? Thanks

Hi, i exported the customer list, but the native language is Greek. That means, people write their name and data in Greek characters.
When i export the CSV the characters show like this:

How can i fix this?
