I have a large list of terms in this plugin. It is no longer working for me and I would like to export the terms and definitions somehow. I don’t think that is a built-in function so I would just like to know where the data is stored. Is it in a file, or database? Where?

This was a great little plugin. It is a shame it has fallen so out of date – I believe that fact can introduce security vulnerabilities. What is the situation here? It appears that the authors have abandoned the product. Is it open source? Can someone else take over development?

How can I only display the A-Z list of letters, with no definitions underneath them? Clicking the letters would open up the definitions for each letter, and it would act more like a toggle.

Because it is a lexicon it has cross references also in the entries themselves.
What is the Code for disabling the toot tip for a selected page? and maybe how to enable it on that overview page?

However when I have a “$” present on the text the layout gets messed up.
Sometimes text appears at the top of the page with no reason, sometimes text just cuts off.
Any idea how to solve this?

Recently is has stopped delivering the tooltip when you mouseover or hover a term but generates an outline of a question mark. We have quite a few terms https://www.belmontanglican.org.au/education/glossary/ so it is a bit of a shame it has stopped working. It is working on another site, so I am not sure where the problem will be.

It is probably bad luck, however I have had a number of times where I have found that a term I want to include in a dictionary ends up fouling other plugins where there are url’s involved
For example I I include the word ‘church’ in a dictionary and then have a mapping module pointing to something at 21 Church Street XYZsville this can foul it.
A second example was when I had a term bible defined and then I wanted to include a link the bible.oremus.org using an image and the siteorigin image widget it is fouled by explainitory dictionary.
I normally work around these issues, but every time it bites me unexpectedly I waste hours tile I remember. I am just wondering if there is something you could to to minimise this. I love the dictionary and feel it has a lot to offer.

I have an issue with your plugin. Everything is working just fine. The only problem is appearing when I scroll down, the tooltip is staying on the same position.
I looked the css, it seems the css left and top values are saved from the page loading. When I scroll, those values are not updated (and because of the tooltip’s position in the DOM) and the tooltip is not updating its position.
Can you help me please ?

Would it be possible for the plugin to ignore words embedded in iframes and hyperlinks, and other code.

Even with allocating 2Gb (you read it correctly) of memory to Php (memory_limit), the plugin causes a fatal error about memory.
Is there a way do deactivate the plugin on categories pages and when we click on a tag ?

So, the URL for each term appears as:
http ://www.[mysite].com/explandict/[title-of-definition]
My question is this: Is it possible to customize the “/explandict/” in the URL? I would like to make it something more intuitive, like just “dictionary.”
I thought maybe if I created a dictionary category and named it “dictionary” that it might replace the “/explandict/”, but that did not work.
