need an update…
or remove it

While this was an apparently good plugin at one time, it has become abandoned and really should be removed. It no longer works properly and does not deactivate, requiring manual removal.

This plugin does a great job of pulling feeds from other sites. The only problem I had is auto update does not work. The plugin will only pull feeds if I manually tell it to. Please fix, this plugin has tons of promise!

There’s nothing worse for a publisher than having their message scrambled, lost or misinterpreted.
That’s why it is time to introduce a common, free, universal feed specifically for events, an add-on for WordPress that work with Events Manager Plugin
Until now, event promoters could only use RSS or iCalendar to broadcast their events.
The problem has been that vital information gets lost in the event description.
Now, with ESS all the criteria of any events are clearly defined.
This plugin allowed Events Manager users to easily output their events into ESS format.
They can aggregate events coming from 3rd party portals and broadcast their events automatically to Search Engines.
