We would like to show the start and end date for each event. This does not work. I have tried changing many of the settings but cannot get it to work. Please advise on the settings needed to show start and end date.
Thanks
]]>Hi, great plugin. I was just wondering if there is a way to leave out the date and the comment when using it as an widget? The goal is, to just add the event and when you click on it, you get the page where the comment is alos added (this is good). Is this possible somehow?
Thank you,
Jvuz
This should be just the widget for me, but in the widget controls I cannot set months to show (it gives me 3) and I cannot set the items to show ( it gives me 1 automatically) and what I see is a double listing of each event with exact same date repeated. I would like also to control whether the date is listed….ie. would rather put it into my text.. Please help. https://www.tellmeagoodstory.org PS I will remove the second text widget with Coming Events as soon as I figure this one out.
]]>I want to keep a simple calendar to remind me when events/ holidays are coming. This plugin is great but I would like to mark events so they will not expire but remain on the calendar for the same date next year.
Is that possible? I know some events don’t fall on the same day every year but most of them do.
Thank you for a lovely, simple plugin.
]]>In trying to troubleshoot an issue on our site we came across a stray closing UL tag in the event listing code.
Can you check and let us know if you see the same thing and if it has been corrected?
Love the plugin!
Thanks

Is it possible to display the abbreviation of the month – Jun, Jul, Aug, Sept followed by the date and year- i.e. Jul 6, 2015
]]>I have selected a date format of mm-dd-yyy in the settings panel. I then add a new event and use the date picker and then publish the post- when I look back at the event date it is not correct but assigned to a past year like 2002
The date pick also shows a different date format of day month year – it would be great if this could match the date format chosen in the settings panel.
]]>Hello, this plugin had been working great until recently. Now when we add an external event URL the listing on the front end of the site shows a URL that goes to a page the plugin appears to have created on our website and doesn’t go to the external URL for some reason. I am not certain when this began, but I believe it was with the last update. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
]]>Since the last update, the events are not sorted by date, at which time they were created. Any suggestions or solutions?
]]>I am not very technical at all. I am trying to write the shortcode to place in a Page, but what I am trying it not working. Can someone please help me in creating the shortcode for what I am trying to do?

]]>I have WP as multisite.
The plugin works well on the main website
on the other ones when I create a new event, as I click the date and pick one from the calendar, the date is not shown.
If I manually put in a date and save. The date is not saved.
The result is that the plugin in the secondary sites doesnt show events at all.
Please help!
]]>Problem #1: I’m trying to update my events and my previously added events don’t show on the calendar, however they do show on the webpage. I can add a new event, but the new event does not show on the calendar either. I need to make a change on one of the previously added events and don’t know how to access it since it is not showing on the calendar.
Problem #2: on my footer widgets (middle) the following displays between the two widgets I have placed there:
<Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home/loresp/mealsonwheelssolano.org/wp-content/themes/glory/_theme_settings/plugins/ajax-event-calendar/ajax-event-calendar.php on line 896>
I have no idea what this means…here is a link to the site: wwwmealsonwheelssolano.org. Any help would be appreciated!
]]>Please, there is No Event start and End Times in the plugin.
Kindly include it.

After activating this plugin in WordPress 3.5, I can’t add anything to the sidebar, the drag and drop functionality is broken.
Also, the date picker for events is broken.

]]>90% love it! However, every new event creates a non-existent page/permalink which is automatically linked ‘if’ you have the option to ‘Make event titles clickable’ selected in the Settings. Without subsequently creating a page for that event, the link goes nowhere.
What I want is to ONLY link the ones where I add an Event URL.
Suggestions for improvements.
Redo the Add New Events feature so that you’re not using the Post/Page input editor.
Use a custom page that only allows for a title, URL option, and calendar.
Change the code such that if you don’t specify a URL, then the title is not ‘linked’.
See my Calendar of Events for example on right side.
