I’m experiencing an issue and I’m not sure if it’s a bug or if I’m configuring the plugin incorrectly. Currently, a registered user with an account can purchase or reserve multiple tickets for the same event even the ticket limit is set up to 1. However, my goal is to allow each registered user to purchase or reserve only one ticket per event.
Is there a way to configure this properly?

For example, if I have three ticket categories (Diamond, Gold, and Silver), I want the user to be able to select just one ticket from these categories (whether it’s one Diamond, one Gold, or one Silver), but they shouldn’t be able to add more than one ticket from different categories to their cart.

I have some problems with bookings on my website. I have 2 events of the same type.
- On the event page, if I click the calendar “additional dates” to select a different date, it opens another window with the exact same date instead o the one I chose. Also I can’t see the events when I click on the event calendar to select additional dates in the “Event Calendar” section, only in “Upcoming events”
- Also, when I click on the Buy Now button I can’t go to checkout

Here’s what I need to implement:
- I have a membership called “One Day Membership”, which allows users to sign up for only one event within a specific time frame (12 hours) and event category “beach Volley”
Could you guide me on how to set up something similar in EventsPrime? Ideally, I’d like users with this membership to:
- Be allowed to sign up for just one event in the category “beach volley” during the specified period.
- Alternatively, have the ability to sign up for one event in the future, but not register for another until they purchase the membership again.

Currently I am using Events Manager Pro and I am looking for alternatives as I am tired of his “Premium“ (missing) support and the plug-in development is going backwards instead of forward. I WISH I knew about this plug-in “EventsPrime” before starting using EMP and pay for it license.
Saying that. Is there a theme out there, even a premium one, which is 100% compatible with EventPrime? Currently I am using Twenty Twenty-Four.

How can I make multiple option days available? I used the function Repeater but i want the available dates to be available in a calendar when booking.

I can’t use my editor (Breakdance) because the editor sees the short code as a single page rather for the calendar and individual events. Is there a way to import a single page to sit below the featured image and widgets? Or is there an alternative to the classic editor (visual)? Maybe a way to use the classic editor with some enhancements?
Anything to be helpful is great. The ER website has some information in the screenshots but it’s not enough to be actionable.
I need to have an archive page of past events only. Is there a shortcode that limits the calendar view only to the Past events?

And I noticed that long titles are being cut off if it doesn’t fit inside the box. Is it possible that the entire title is visible, maybe on a second line?

My problem: My event links come out as “https://website.com/all-events/?event=2499” for all of the events I created. What I tried: Settings > Permalinks > “Post name” > save again… and flushed the cached. Same result.
Question: Could you please tell me how to fix this?
About my setup: I’m trying out the free version of EventPrime. I’m using Elementor Pro and their (barebones) Hello theme.

]]>We’ve had this plugin for a while and it’s worked perfectly. Today when a user tried to log an event, she could not see it in the calendar (https://kforesund.se/aktivitet/). When looking in the Admin panel, I could see the event under All events and the dates are missing. The time is correct and all other information is there, but the date is missing. I’ve tried to create new events several times without any luck. I’ve also deactivated and then installed the plugin again, to see if that helped, but the problem still remains. So, what can be done to fix it?
The version of the plugin is 4.0.5.1. PHP version: 8.1.30 WP version: 6.6.2

I have activated the EventPrime free in WordPress using the key in my Orders. I want to activate your Elementor extension (using the Elementor key I have in Orders). The problem is I do not have another “Row” to put a second licence key in.
In step 5 on this page?https://theeventprime.com/adding-license-keys-eventprime/?it shows there will be an additional row, but I only have one row which has my EventPrime Free licence in there. And no ability to create a second row for a second key.

I installed EventPrime on a test site running WP 6.7 RC3 and the new default theme of Twenty Twenty Five. It would be nice with the option to use EventPrime in Gutenberg. I went to your documentation and there it would also be helpful to add a search field.
Btw I run a tutorial site and I have been looking for a good to use Event Calendar for a while and this looks interesting.
