The template for the email with the attached ticket for an event is not customizable. It just reads “Please find tickets in attachment” and I would like to edit this.

can not seem to find where to change that in any of the files

i want to find the section {user_details}, that displays that data on the email

We have the up to date version of this plugin however it seems to not be working at all – it’s set up as a link to eventbrite, but it seems to still want to create pages and insists that page can’t be found.
We’re really stuck on this and would appreciate any help you can give

Hello,

we encountered an error with your eventer plugin. We updated to the newest version of your plugin and now the “eventer-btn” for the “eventer-ticket-form” doesn’t work any more. When clicking the button nothing happens. Only when we activate the the date picker option and select a date first, we can open the modal box when cklicking the button. The date picker is for our events not necsessary and should be deactivated. What are we doing wrong?

Have been working with the enventer plugin for 3 months and am unable to get it to work well enough to launch. I’m considering switching to another plugin at this point. The issues I’m having are as follows.

When events are submitted I’m not receiving notification emails. The event is showing up in the dashboard but no notification email.

When events are submitted by a user they are mis-sorted. Instead of events going into pending they are going into disabled.

The passed events are being listed under upcoming.

Is it possible to edit the fields in the event submission form?

There is a issue when using Eventer in combination with WooCommerce and WooCommerce Order Status Control. We use WooCommerce Order Status Control to automatically complete orders when payment is received from the WooCommerce Stripe Gateway. Two emails with tickets are then sent, about a minute apart, instead of the expected one email. There seem to be a compatibility issue between Eventer and WooCommerce / WooCommerce Order Status Control.

How can I edit this page setup? Why does it look like the info is being duplicated? I like the bottom section that starts with the title Screening: Dance with your Heart (Tengo Talento Cuba) (USA) and only want to display that part.

I am using the Divi theme.
