i installed the lite and have it all setup to take payments but its not going to the cart, and adding the ticket! is this because its lite and not PRO?

ALSO I CANT BUY FROM YOUR WEBSITE
i keep getting AVS mismatch…. can you sort this so we can but the pro if this is the reason the payments/cart thing is not working in the lite…..
