Hi guys,
I think you have a small bug / typo in file event-tickets-manager-for-woocommerce/public/class-event-tickets-manager-for-woocommerce-public.php on line 257
You should return the $the_cart_data there instead of just return;
This causes problems where other plugins are trying to filter the cart data.
]]>Hi,
Since a few days, when I try to pay for an event, the payment window doesn’t load. Here’s a screenshot of the issue : screenshot. When I order a product it works, but not an event.
Thank you in advance for your help.
]]>Hi!
I’m working with the free version. I’ve created an event, I can purchase the tickets and after changing the orderstatus to completed the ticket appears under Events with the correct Ticketnumber.
However, no email with attached tickets is send and, after some investigation, I found no PDF is created at all. The PNG files with barcodes are created as it’s creation time corresponds with the time of order completion.
I already deleted and re-installed the plugin, without succes.
What could be the reason no PDF is created/send?
After migrating plugin is not sending ticket.
Maybe because of payment method? In development we used bank transfer and worked.
In production we changed to payment by “check” and started the failure.

Hello. My site is in spanish. All works fine in spanish.
Lang files are present and translated in “wp-content/languages/plugins” folder:
event-tickets-manager-for-woocommerce-es_ES.mo and event-tickets-manager-for-woocommerce-es_ES.po
But plugin is working completely in english. Emails, client profile, and so on…
How can I “activate” spanish lang???
]]>Hey Support,
My plugin only saves 11 tickets in “events”, all tickets older than 11 events are no longer displayed or findable. However, they are still visible in “Orders”. Is there a limit for the “Free” version of 11 tickets? This makes the plugin unusable for my purpose.
Maybe also interesting: In which table are the events stored in the SQL database?
Thank you very mouch.
I have several ticket where some show shipping like in the link: https://www.norwegianoutfitters.no/produkt/test-billett-ikke-for-kjop/
But this with the same option have no shipping as they way I want it to be: https://www.norwegianoutfitters.no/produkt/test-billett-5-ikke-for-kjop/
How can I get rid of the shipping as in the first examples?
I can provide admin login if someone can help me ??
Kind Regards

Hello,
I am evaluating Event Tickets Manager for a larger event project having some questions:

Hi, I’m testing free version, but would like to buy pro if it works. My issue now is: I get the Event-Mail, but neiter does the Ticket contain the Code associated with the order, nor is any PDF attached. As I can see the PDF is not generated at all, since there is noch such file in the uploads-directory “events_pdf”, clicking on the “VIEW” Link in the customers Event-Status thus also does not work. I checked, the directory has all rights for reading and writing – what else could be the reason?

]]>I have installed this plugin on a site and the tickets are getting charged for shipping and tax. Since there is no place under events to exclude shipping or tax, how would I go about fixing this?
]]>Hi,
My event is expired, even if created in the future (february 15). I see there is another ticket for this issue, but disabling plugin didn’t work for me.
Thanks for your help
Hi There, I have downloaded and installed and created an event. The event was for no fee but I still wanted to issue tickets.
All works smoothly and I love it!
apart from the fact that you can only buy one ticket at a time. Most people coming to our events will be couples and families so is it possible to have the function to allow the buyer to buy more than one ticket in one transaction and it show on the ticket that they bought 2, 3, 4 etc? – It seems that it’s the event tickets manager that is restricting how many can be bought. People buy more than one of our other products in woocommerce easily and often.
This in my view would make it even better!
Thanks
Russ
It seems when I add an event that set for next year the event is expired. But when I set it to the 31ste of december I can buy tickets. Any idea’s how to resolve this limitation?
]]>The Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option is not available on events. This should be a configurable option to use.
]]>Hi there,
Is it possible to bulk upload attendees ands end them a ticket? We collect ticket holders through our FB ads so looking for a plugin that allows this.
Thank you.
Hi
I am using the free version of your plugin on a woocommerce shop.
I have 3 events an on 2 of them it works like a charm – but on the third one no details or buy button is shown.
All seems to be okay – but why does it not show as it should.
]]>I’m getting all of these errors in the console when trying to save a simple product.
An invalid form control with name=’etmfw_start_date_time’ is not focusable.
An invalid form control with name=’etmfw_end_date_time’ is not focusable.
An invalid form control with name=’etmfw_event_venue’ is not focusable.
I’m not going to leave a review to avoid ruining the ratings for a new plugin, but I have found several issues:
– event end date/time doesn’t load the javascript calendar
– the single event alwaus shows a “this event has expired”
– wocommerce styles are overridden by the plugin classes
– the widget calendar doesn’t show any event, and it doesn’t adapt to the viewport (showing scrollbars)
– I was hoping there was a full width calendar too, not just a widget
It looked promising but it’s not working on my site. I dont’ think it’s just a theme conflict.

]]>UPDATE: Sorry, I have posted in wrong plugin
Hi
I have created and event, but when I try to switch WooCommerce product type to “Event”, there is no such option available.
I checked your docs and was irritated that it’s not reflecting the GUi and workflow of the plugin.
