I have installed the plugin but it can’t be activated, as with others from vcita. What are we supposed to do?

The features says “Event attendance management – mark clients who attended the event, update payment status and more.”

Is there a reporting mechanism that can be run by attendee to show all the events they have attended? The event manager will be marking registrations as present or absent, and need the ability to run a report based on the class and on the attendee across multiple classes. Does the pro version account for this?
