I purchased the pro version of this plugin, and I’m very disappointed. The VPN blocking feature doesn’t work at all, and the ‘One vote per IP’ and ‘One vote per device’ options are poorly implemented. They rely on cookies stored in the browser, which can easily be deleted, allowing users to vote multiple times.
The only feature that works decently is the OTP voting via email (though I haven’t tested the SMS option).
As for support, it’s non-existent. I’ve sent several emails and WhatsApp messages with no real response, aside from a single message saying, ‘Sorry to hear this.’ After that, nothing. The plugin is riddled with bugs and completely ruins the design when added to the front page. It even crashes the Elementor builder on the backend.
Regarding the positive reviews, I’m skeptical about their authenticity. Some of the profiles leaving high ratings seem questionable.”
And regarding the “positive” ratings. I think that they are all fake. You can see some of the profiles who have “rated” this plugin.

these guys can’t even explain which addons come with the standard license and which comes with the other versions.
They’re answer “With Super Extended License you get more addons”… is this an acceptable answer? I wanted to know which addons each license have to choose the one that best fits my needs.
IF this is they’re treatment for a possible buyer, can you imagine after someone buys the product?

Perhaps the only poll/voting plugin supporting email identification to avoid user vote duplicity, instead of cookie approach that can be easily hacked, or IP which can be too restrictive. Nice design and comfortable work with several unique features. The overall impression and support is very good.
