The OTP code on the pro version does not seem to work, I have followed your documentation and done everything. However when I input the OTP code on the form, it always fails with Invalid Code.

]]>I’m using the following settings for my voting poll:
– Multiple Choice: No
– Result Visibility: Not public
– Voting restrictions: One vote per IP with no VPN
For a number of people that haven’t voted yet the polls (it seems random which ones) say that they have already voted and doesn’t let them submit their votes.
How can I fix this issue?
I have configured all of the safeguards to block multiple votes being cast but I am still able to close the browser and reopen it and cast another vote.
I can also change my IP via VPN and still cast multiple votes.
Do the safeguards work if you start your contest and then turn them on or do the need to be configured before the poll is launched?
How do I see what IP addresses are casting votes?
Is this captured in the database?

My Need is, The election page should be visible to public, means the result and voting percentage as in live. but the members of our firm can only be able to vote. voting should be disabled for public.
i tested the free version feature that enable private voting, but the public cant see the voting status. which is covered by the security code block.
is there any other possible ways to limit the voting? like only email under particular domain can vote and others should be restricted, so the voters of our firm can enter the email and vote.

So I have set up IP and VPN blocking, but still, the other day people can vote again.
We also get an email from somewhere “getipintel” about exceeding queries for IP-s.
I have also opened a ticket at InfoTheme Inc Help Desk about this issue, but no answer has arrived yet, and we need to solve it quickly.
