I’m Ashley, a Happiness Engineer from WordPress.com. I’m reaching out because one of our users’ sites was reported for sending spam emails. After investigating, we traced these emails back to the Enquiry Quotation for WooCommerce plugin.

It appears that the form on the user’s /enquiry-cart/ page may be receiving automated submissions from bots, as it currently doesn’t have anti-spam features like Captcha or a honeypot. Adding one of these could help minimize unwanted submissions and improve user experience. I noticed there wasn’t a documented solution for Captcha in this case, so I wanted to reach out to discuss possible options.

Our website is using Woocommerce as a catalogue – no prices, no buttons and no “Add to basket” quantity fields. These have been turned off within our wordpress theme (Generatepress).

Is it possible to have just a “Add to enquiry” button with a quantity field? We do not want to have both an “Add to basket” and “Add to enquiry” button, as this may confuse our customers.

I have installed the Pro version but when a customer clicks Add to Enquiry, the Mini cart on my menu doesn’t seem to update or it only updates after I click Enquiry Cart, I have tried clearing cache, uninstalling the plugin but still no luck! Please help!

I just tested the plugin which looks very interesting.
I have a question regarding the Enquiry button. Currently when we click on it we stay on the page and the “View Enquiry Cart” link appears below.
Is it possible to modify this so that when we click on the button it directly opens the form page?
Is this an option in the pro version?

I tried several product enquiry plugins and found your plugin to suit my company’s needs best using the Riode Theme.

I installed and activated the plugin and this is how it appears on my Riode Themed site:

The price of the product is replaceable (controlled by woocommerce_get_price_hrml filter) by some text instead of the product price. I would like to do_shortcode for the “Enquiry” or “Enquire Price” widget at this point to display the “Enquire Price”. What do I need to do in order to put the “Enquire Price” here? With parameter Post_ID?

I don’t need the “Enquire Price” at the end of the product to appear. Can I disable that?

I don’t know where the “View Enquiry Cart” would appear on the Product Page if I were to use shortcode instead letting your plugin decide its location considering I managed to successfully disable it at the end of the product.

Please advise.

Everything works great except, after submitting form it shows “There are no product added in the enquiry cart” instead of “Enquiry submitted”. I found function submit_form() that returns false in my case, so function saveEnquiry() also must give 0, but I can see saved enquiries in “Enquiries” tab and in emails.

I know that cache busting is a cool thing, but why is it showing up here? The E-Mail wasn’t sent either.

When I add a variation product into the inquiry cart and save it shows its variation wrong.
For example, if I have a variation Quantity with two variables i.e Container | Pallet.. If I select any of this and add to the inquiry cart and send it, I’ll get variation quantity: quantity in my mail and inquiries list..

Hello, all other strings are okay but the most important one “Add to Enquiry” button is not translatable. It has the string in translate plugin but when you enter the other languages it doesnt effect at the front end of the website. Please help..

Hello,

This plugin was doing nothing, when the “add to enquiry cart” button was pressed.
If the button was hovered over, the browser showed a message (bottom left) something about javscript (0).
Nothing at all seems to happen when the button is pressed.
Items are not being added to the enquiry cart when the button is pressed.

After the cache plugin was disabled;
The button changes text shortly after being pressed, and displays the circle during the process.
Items are still not being added to the enquiry cart when the button is pressed.
If the page is refreshed, or returned to later, the button shows no sign of having been pressed (such as color, text, or tick icon).

Any tips?
