This is a great plug-in. It’s easy to add to your page and style. However, there is a conflict with Jetpack Contact Forms. Seems the older version of jQuery used by the plug-in makes it so you can’t update and existing form. The shortcode has to be removed from the page before you can update the form. Please update the plug-in so it works with current versions of jQuery.
