I have tried to contact support from the site several times but have not received an answer unfortunately, I hope to have it here
I purchased the pro version, but I still do not see the option to tag the image list.
I read this, but it does not work __
Via the Media Library List If you have a lot of images that are not yet assigned or you want to put images in more than one category (or change their categories), you can go to the Media Library. (Media > Library) There you will see a list of all your images. But you will also see some additional new features since the plugin was added.
When you hover over an image, you will now see options to assign the image to the categories you have set.
hover If you select a number of images, you can go to the drop-down menu at the top left of the Toggle Bulk button, choose your category and then click Toggle Bulk.
_ If you are unable to tag images in the list, please cancel your purchase and proceed with a refund, thank you

We want to be able to upload images directly to Bunny CDN, including when using tools like WP All Import. Our current Bunny CDN setup is quite complex with 1 million plus images, so we’re in need of a comprehensive solution to manage everything effectively as local media would be massive.
We did try to contact you directly, but your contact form on your site is not working, you may want to check that.
Thank you for your assistance!

]]>Hi, I just wanted to inform you that the latest update of the plugin (v2.8.10) has some bug, because when I tried to upload a new font on my website I got a message that this media file is not supported. When I switched to the previusn versionm- it seems to work fine.
]]>I already submitted a support ticket on my PRO account, but also wanted to put this out here if others are having the same issue. Latest updates v2.8.10 completely broke media library search functionality. Regardless of whatever I type in the search field, it returns no results even if I see the file i’m looking for in the media library list, the search wouldn’t find it. Please, look into that because I really want to use the new update 2.8.10 because it has some really great new features like changing the width of the right panel which pop ups when one selects a file.
]]>Hi,
I just found me in a situation where I had to assign many, many images one by one to different posts and used this filter for filtering the media library by ‘uploaded with this post’ which helped A LOT! ?? Anyway it would have been even more awesome if there was a way to to set a default filter for the library so that every time I opened the media library it would have been already filtered by ‘uploaded with this post’. So I’m leaving this here as a feature request. ??
Thanks for the great plugin and all the best

Hi Guys –
I love your plugin and it’s worked perfectly for me, until I tried upgrading from PHP 7.4 to PHP 8.0.27.

]]>Why is wpuxss_eml_get_media_term_count
being called on every admin page in WordPress? This is adding 3 seconds to every page load (3GB database).
Shouldn’t this only be needed when on the proper screen? I don’t think this is how this should work. Especially not for every page in wp-admin.
Luckily, it doesn’t seem to affect the frontend but the 3 seconds per page load due to wpuxss_eml_get_media_term_count
is going to make me reconsider this plugin.
Hopefully it’s a simple fix. Just want you to be aware of it.

]]>Hello,
In grid view only I get a white panel obscuring some of the images (https://i.imgur.com/6ujss97.png). There’s no way to remove it.
If I switch to list view it disappears. But if you switch to grid view it will appear again and it will also cover the options for switching the layout from grid to list view, meaning you get stuck in grid view with the blank panel.
The only way I’ve found to get round this is to open up Dev Tools and delete the panel in the HTML, so I can see and click on the list view option.
I hope this can be fixed. Or maybe I’ve missed a setting to turn this off somewhere?

When I edit a media item I now get a list of all media categories. It does not appear in a scrollable window like before, so it covers quite some length of the page. In the phone it appears before the old tree of categories that appears like before in a window. In the computer it appears by itself and the old tree is gone.
I tried editing the list in the phone but it didn’t record in the database so I used the tree instead.
I can’t really see the purpose of this list. Wasn’t it OK before with just a tree structure of media categories in a scrollable window?
Thanks for keeping up the plug in. Very useful. I use the paid version.
…
I also believe the list of items (images etc) in the media library in the phone has changed to one column and is much longer. It was a little easier to survey when it filled the entire width of the phone screen.

Hello,
I was having problems with editing product images while performing a WooCommerce Product Edit. Normally, I should be able to edit/change/get details of the product image. Interestingly the product image edit appears momentarily but control is returned back to the Media Library… It’s as if I went into the Media directly (and not from within a product image edit).
I think the problem might be a combination of other plugins that we use and the fact this plugin is not playing nicely with Real Media Library and Real Physical Media Plugins that we need. We use a SIRV plugin -> our wordpress product images are uploaded to the SIRV Image server and organized in a folder structure that makes sense to us and not this YY/MM structure was killing our productivity trying to stay organized.
It’s too bad I had to disable Enhanced Media Library plugin, I really liked being able to group media into a taxonomy.
]]>With a update from 2.8.2 to 2.8.7, I cannot make the rewrite with front work.
Initialy I had “docuements” slug for rewrtie and it was working good.
Now, when I call the get_term_link() method, I get a non-rewrited url like : https://mysite.com/?media_category=term-slug instead of https://mysite.com/documents/term-slug. I also get a 404 when I try the non-rewrite and the rewrite URL.
My settings in the tab “Media Taxonomies” are correctly filled.
Is there something to do with rewrite rules or .htaccess ?
Thanks for your help
