Hi,
I’ve been using this plugin for a while now and haven’t had a problem (that I know of) until recently. I had a potential client call me last week and say they tried the form, but it was broken.
I tested the form and got…
There was a problem processing the form. Please try again later.
I tested again and it worked a the second time, and every time after that.
I got my weekly stats email today and several people went to my contact page, but no messages. I tested the form, and the same thing happened. First time failed, and it worked the second time.
I triple checked all the settings, and just can’t find the problem.
Thanks in advance,
Sean
Hi,
Firstly I love the plugin however I’m having an issue where in the email I have the form reference number as the subject but when you receive the email it has
{_FORM_REF}
Instead of the actual reference number.
I’ve tried changing this to {FORM_REF} in case the extra underscore was the issue but that didn’t work either
Thanks
Danny

Hi,
So far, I’m really glad I found this plugin. I just have a couple of minor issues. Generally everything works great except for a conflict with having MailChimp enabled in your plugin and in WP Subscribe Pro (Mythemeshop).
I already had WPSP set up, and I guess having the api in both plugins conflicted. I decided to just disable it in your form because it sends the automatic email anyway which is fine for what I’m using it for. (Just thought I would bring it to your attention.)
I tested the form and both the admin and customer emails went through just fine. The only problem I see is that the ‘from’ email address is noreply@mydomain.
If I try to reply, I don’t have that email set up (which triggers a warning in Gmail that they can’t verify it was sent by me) and even if I set that email up, it’ll be confusing if I tell people to reply to a noreply email.
I don’t see a way to change the ‘from’ email. If there isn’t, this would be a great feature.
Another thing that’s a bit confusing is that in the messages list, there’s only an id number, date and the name of the form. You have to open the preview to see any information such as the name or email. If there ends up being a lot of messages it would be time consuming to find a particular one.
The only other thing is the limited spam protection options. Any chance you’ll be adding another alternative, like a simple captcha?
I know you’re still working on adding features, so I figured I would point out those few minor things. After testing a lot of different form plugins, this one was the easiest to configure (out of the ones that worked with my set up) and has the most features that make sense without adding too many. It works smoothly and doesn’t inject a ton of code into the page. Plus, it only took about 10 minutes to style the form so it matched my site perfectly.

I was just checking out Engage and got a number of php errors upon activation. Maybe something to look into?

]]>Hi,
Just installed the plugin and looking forward to seeing what it can do. Just tried to create my first form, but on the Form Builder section, it won’t let me drag any of the fields (Common, Layout, Add-on) into the box below, where the Send field already is.
When I drag and let go, the field simply returns to the top row of tabs (if that makes sense).
Thanks.
