Unable to recive the confirmation mail

How can I customise the colours to go along with the colours of the theme?

Open this URL in your mobile. Navigate to MR Appointment. All slots are shoving unavailable. Where it is available in desktop. Not all mobile browsers are showing this error. Some of them are showing this error.

Customer’s Booking Confirmation Notification not working, mail does not send into customer id after complete confirm appointment button from the admin area.

Your plugin is very good, fantastic and free, CONGRATULATIONS.
Can I just ask for an improvement?

Set the option to when the patient schedules an appointment, that time is blocked for other patients, even before being confirmed on the panel. If it is canceled on the panel it will be released again. Thus, the patient is safer to make the appointment.
You can add this option to be configured within the service panel.

It is possible?

There is a problem with the display after the reservation is completed.

i would really like o test this plugin, i added some services but the Book service page created is not showing any of them, just header, footer and nothing in the page.
When you check you might see the website is in maintenance mode.

I was looking for an appointment plugin for doctors & this one looked like a perfect match. It has all the features those are needed except one – there is no payment gateway integration option in it. It is possible to integrate a payment gateway, so that at the time of booking, the system will open an interface to make online payment?

Confirmation email upon accepting appointments are not working.

Hey, I’ve been using the plugin for a site and was wondering when the customizable style update will be or at least bee able to change in the CSS code. Other than that I tried to add a text area other than name, email and phone changed the whole code to add it and it gave me an error. I want to add a description box where the client type the reason of the booking or like the topic of the meeting. Can you help me with it? Or give me an e-mail address to exchange mails and updates easily?

I’ve tried many times to change dates of availability and unavailability.
If I am not wrong, they’re in MM/DD/YYYY format, which is not good for european users (DD/MM/YYYY). Anyway, all days are marked as “unavailable”. There is no way to book. Why? The form in the page is starting from 12/01/2020 to 12/31/2020 and 1 order per day. All days are unselectable. Thanks.

Great plugin! Does exactly what I need! However I have a question and a problem.

Problem: The appointment confirmation emails don’t work. Both the client and the service provider get the initial email notifying them that an appointment has been requested, but after the appointment is confirmed neither get the confirmation email.

Question: How do I edit the look of the various functions of the booking system? I use a dark theme (New York City) for my website but the various aspects of the plugin don’t match up with the colors in the theme. Plus the text is too big in some cases.

Hi, would it be possible to add more features for admin? For example option to edit or cancel booking after it is confirmed. I would also like some user type (so doctor doesnt have to be admin to see appoitments). It would be really awesome. The plugin looks great, I am really surprised how well and smooth it is working, I just lack these few managing options. Thanks!

Hello,
I installed the plugin and have my first steps. I added a service and want to try a booking. Selecting the date and slot works, typing a name and eMail works too. When typing my phone number (+49 xxxx xxxxxx) (X is a number), the plugin told me: “Please Enter Your Valid Phone Number”. Is there a format for phone numbers ?

You can’t reach my site, because it’s hosted on my local web server (xampp).
