Great intuitive and well functioning plugin as far as I can tell from my first 30 minutes experience. IMHO, in the social accounts part of Employee Info it will be beneficial to many of your users to have a field for REDDIT.

The plugin works great except for the fact that even though I can change the color of the border of the pictures of the employees, I cannot change each employee name link to the color that I select, and I cannot get the links to stop being underlined.

Is there a way for me to change this by inserting custom CSS in Settings?

I created a page with employees which birthday is in current month but I also want employees be ordered by birthday asc.

This shortcode is not working:

The Polylang plugin gives the employee pages a 404 error when having a bilingual site. rest of the site still functions but plugin is useless for bilugual sites.

We are working on adding the Employee Search Widget to our pages. We are testing in a dev site and when we perform the search it redirects to our live site. Is there a configuration that needs adjusting to correct this action? What is the driving this behavior?

I have recently encountered an issue where I have only been able to upload jpg,jpeg,png and gif files via the WP media uploader. On testing I discovered that Employee Spotlight is the cause. In the settings is a option for “Allowed File Extensions” which is overwriting the WP settings and stopping all other file types from being uploaded. This is therefore stopping .mp3, .docx, etc files from being uploaded. Could this issue be looked into please.

Thanks for the plugin.

So I’ve got 3 different Teams – and an employee of the month section.

I would like each group filtered specifically to their tags.

I use the below for one team
[employee_circle_grid filter=”tax::groups::is::secured-team;”]

And I use the below for my employee of the month section
[employee_circle_grid filter=”tax::groups::is::employee;”]

Although none of the filters are working – it just shows every single employee.

The Page I have linked is an example, there should only be 2 employees shown at the top. Yet it shows 3. I can confirm I have checked my slugs are correct, and my permalinks have been reset.

I have when I go to the second page, my links are removing the “index.php” and it’s causing 404 errors. Could someone point me in the right direction for this fix? I’ve been checking the plugin files to see if I can edit a function but no luck so far.

Hello! How can I disable the “Welcome – Skip Setup” message? Everything is set-up and when I click on “skip” I get a maintenance message. Can we disable the message altogether? It’s no longer necessary.

I use shortcodes to insert some employees to a page:

[employee_circle_grid filter=”tax::groups::is::fkt_web;”]
[employee_circle_grid filter=”tax::employee_tags::is::test;”]

The employees are well tagged and groups are correctly set.
I can’t get any employee filtered, all entered employees ars displayed on the page.
When I browse to the group slag everything works fine.

Do I miss something?

When we display an individual employee you see their phone number and address successfully but next to the envelope for their email address it is blank. How do I get the email address to be displayed?

Nice plugin, but I am having trouble with my circles showing as ovals, and the photos distorted. Is there a way to dictate the number of columns? I believe that 3 instead of 4 columns, in my theme, will result, hopefully, in circles that are not distorted.

Is it somehow possible to allow users ([email protected]) to edit their own employee information? Can the two accounts be linked somehow so that each logged in user could edit their employee?

Hi, when entering a bullet list the bullets don’t appear. Annoying. A numbered list is shown however.

Also, when setting image border color to ‘none’ a red cirle appears. As a workaround I’ve set it to ‘white’.

I am trying to use this plugin to build a presenter page – however when I create an employee page i get the following.

The employee circle grid page displays without any hiccups but the photo automatically links to the employee page and it looks horrible. Either please provide guidance on how to remove the added custom links from the employee page (yes I deleted all of them from the edit view and they automatically reappear) or please provide instructions if there is a way to manually change where the employee photo on the employee circle grid points to.

I have employee spotlight pro version 4.2.2. I recently attempted to upgrade the plugin, but decided not to because I did not want to pay again. (I’m not looking for any new functionality – just want to continue to use what I already paid for.) Anyway, after the failed update attempt, all my bios are now going to 404’s. These were previously working fine. Can you please help me fix this and get it back to working how it was before?

Hello. I’m testing out the free version right now. I added 3 employees and the short code to the page. When I go to test the page, there is an ellipse showing up for each employee instead of the grid of employees.

I notice that when I click refresh that the grid shows for a split second then disappears. I hope you can help me to show the grid.

My client have flight Booking agency and

I Need an admin panel for worker ?
Because When different Person Book flights His worker can
