It has been announced that there is a vulnerability:
WordPress Jotform Online Forms plugin <= 1.3.1 – Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability
Do you have an estimated date for an update?
Thanks!
]]>Hi,
We’re using Impreza theme and using raw-js plugin to integrate JotForm form. The captca image test is not loaded properly at the final step of the multipage form, as it is cutoff at the top or bottom. If you scroll-zoom out and back in the position of the captcha picture test frame even moves to a different position.
Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/lGFtlal.png
Should anyone like to test, please finalize the questionnaire but don’t complete the captcha.
Setting the scrolling to yes does not help. Is this even a widget issue or a template issue?
Thank you in advance!
]]>Question, I have the plugin, I have a Jotform account with forms, when I install it, then click on the button to add a form, it says you have no form… How do I login? where? so that my Jotform and wordpress site connect…
]]>When users submit the jotform no notification email is sent to us and no new submission is added to the submissions page at jotform.com.
Not sure how long this has been happening. Opening a ticket with jotform.com they found nothing in the history for the submissions. Is there anything in wordpress that I can look at to find these old submissions?
]]>Just tried in WP 5.9 and no go. Please update the plugin.
regards ??
]]>I am trying to figure out how I can have a client portal with a list of jotforms(button links) to complete, and once that specific form is completed, the button is hidden, or updated to be disabled, or change colors to show that the form has been completed.
Jotform can POST data on submission, and return to another webpage, so I would think I can use this POST data to tell wordpress to make changes to only this users account page of forms.
Any ideas for the direction I should look?
(Also I am using elementor pro, for what its worth)
]]>Hello,
this is a difficult question: I use JotForm on my website. I have a hidden field that should not show up on the website – this is done with the help of an iframe that links to the JotForm. This works fine in all the browsers – the field is hidden there. However, it is visible on my iPhone when the setting “Prevent cross-site tracking” is enabled. The field disappears when this setting is disabled.
Would you have any ideas on how to get around this?
Thank you.
]]>There is issue in plugin header maybe . this error is showing while installing plugin (The plugin does not have a valid header.).
Please resolve it.
Official wp-cli fails to verify this plugin. It expects this unusual directory structure, probably due to a flaw uploading to the repository:
embed-form/trunk/images/jotform.png
embed-form/trunk/jotform-wp-embed.js
embed-form/trunk/jotform-wp-embed.php
embed-form/trunk/readme.txt
The plugin installs with this directory structure:
embed-form/images/jotform.png
embed-form/jotform-wp-embed.js
embed-form/jotform-wp-embed.php
embed-form/readme.txt
]]>
When my client tries to add a jotform by clicking the icon in a classic editor, only forms that are not part of a category/folder are listed for them to choose from.
]]>This plug-in is great.
But is it possible to use hidden field with this plug in?
Thanks
]]>I’ve been looking at JotForm regarding some projects I am working on.
I looked up this plugin via the JotForm website.
But it does not look like an active project.
Do you intend to maintain and support this plugin?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
]]>Why is my account suspended????
There’s no where on your site for me to address this.
We did nothing wrong.
PLEASE EXPLAIN!
]]>I think sub-accounts are new since this plugin was originally developed, but the “pencil” will load the login box, if not logged in, but won’t show any forms if logged in as a sub-account of the main jotform account. Any fix for this?
]]>Operating System: Windows 8.1
Browsers
Chrome – Version 49.0.2623.110 m
IE – Version 11.0.9600.18231
Firefox – Version 45.0.1
Using [jotform id=”<form_id>”] results in a blank content area, where the form should be.
On initial load, IE behaves same as the other browsers; when I refresh the page, however, the form shows up for a split second then goes away.
]]>The jotform icon is shown in the editor but does nothing if clicked.
]]>Trying to embed a form but the true width is not displayed. Instead the form is broken down into one row, which makes it very long and it’s impossible to get an overview.
Using WordPress theme TwentyFourteen.
I Should add that the form in question has been built in Adobe Formscentral and imported to JotForm.
What can I do to fix this?
]]>I have been using “JotForm Integration” for some time but thought I should switch to the official JotForm plugin. Unfortunately the pencil has no function at all. Windows 8.1 Firefox
]]>It seems like a useful plugin but the “Pencil” link to it does not appear in the Folio WYSIWYG editor. Do you know of a fix?
]]>The plugin makes calls to JotForm over HTTP. If the admin UI has been secured with SSL, this breaks the browser security model. Changing resource calls to // makes that part work, but then JotForm itself doesn’t handle SSL very well.
]]>I have a form I already laid out in HTML. It is here: https://www.loydster.com/html5/congrats.html I tried to do this using Caldera Forms, but I am unable to change the form action. Rather than send an email, the data collected is sent to a back office app called Velocify. If I can simply use a URL rather than an email address, it would work. Here is what i have in WordPress https://mytaxhelpmd.com/congratulations/
Again, all I need to be able to do is switch from submitting the data from an email address to URL
https://secure.velocify.com/Import.aspx?Provider=TaxHelpMDWebsite&Client=TaxHelpMdInc&CampaignId=xxx
]]>In safari I see the pop up but cannot select any of the forms.
I chrome nothing happens when I click the pencil.
Also… how does this even work? does it reference the WP admins to link account?
]]>Hi,
I am using this plugin and have registered with JotForm. I installed apps from the official website, so that I can get to know the country location for each response received. But I am only getting the information of IP Address of each response received.
Is there any way through which I will be able to convert IP Address to country, so that I can get to know country name of each response received.
]]>hi guys
how to add a new topic on wordpress by using jotform?
i have already connect my wordpress with jotform but when i’m trying to add a new post by using jotform and submit the post .. nothing happend
so can you please tell me how to connect it ..
]]>I have installed and activated OK. The pencil icon appears on the toolbar as shown in your screen shots. But when I click on that icon nothing happens.
What is wrong?
]]>JotForm has several different embed types, like the lightbox module. Will you be adding support for those with a variable in the shortcode? I guess this is more of a feature request.
Thanks for putting this together, it is very convenient for sure.
