Unfortunately we have a problem with the hooks, they don’t seem to work. In particular, it’s about the fact that we use Germanized, where the registration takes place in accordance with the DOI. The customer receives a separate email with a confirmation email. If I now want to copy this email template from Woocommerce into your plugin, then it is not possible to get the generated link. The customer then never receives an activation link.
I hope I explained the problem well.
Another problem we have is that not all Woocommerce email templates are present in your plugin when you create the template (selection at the top right in the editor).
Maybe you have an idea how we can solve the problem?

One of my emails sent with odd incorrect background color so I went to correct it. Once I edited it and updated it the template disappeared, page went white and I can’t do a thing in there now. Can’t add blocks, edits, nothing.
I don’t want to touch anything else in my collection of templates and have more customizations break. These took a long time to create. Can I get a roll back version of the plugin?

I use Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce, but now I need to show the state/region/department or whatever it is called in different countries and show it in the email, what can I do?
Since the newest update I am unable to edit any email templates. When I edit one of the templates and click into a text box for example, then go to highlight the text it just simply doesn’t highlight the text. The only thing I can do is hold the delete key and type the whole thing again as even the arrow keys do not work for me to move between characters in the edit box. It’s because of this that I have to hold down the delete key to actually do anything.

Before updating plugin it gave a fatal error upon saving.
After updating, if I edit any email template then it saves completely blank.
Even if I try and save one of your default templates (without making any edits or changes) – then it still saves as a blank email.
I would need this resolved urgently please.

the e-mails were all still working this morning. but i wanted to change the e-mail that people get when they create a new account. as soon as i clicked publish i got a critical error. now when people create a new account they receive a blank e-mail. i tried duplicating another design and create a new e-mail from there. but again, when i click publish, i get a critical error. under this text you can find the log i received after the error. how do i fix this?

This is a nice plugin but all my templates were lost.
I am very careful when making upgrades and always take a back up. Well, this time the back up didn’t help at all. Apparently on October 13, all my templates were edited and reverted to the default templates. I don’t recall upgrading on that date and I am the only person who works on the site.
I upgraded to the latest version today and checked the templates., and they were gone. I then restored the site but that didn’t help as they were edited too many days ago.
Is there a way to download the templates for safekeeping? It took me hours to edit them and now I have to do it all over again. All my work is lost – not acceptable.

Hello, I want the system will send a Welcome Email after the client pays for the subscription plan.
I created a new template with the welcome message, and set the Email Type to “Order detail (paid)”.
However, the order email has sent to the client, but the welcome message has not sent out.
Do I did it wrong, or I thought it wrong that the plugin can do that?

Hello, I just installed the plugin and some questions would like to ask:
1. After installed it, it seems the plugin will auto replace the original email templates of Woocommerce. If this is correct, how can I enable/disable that? Or I need to set each template one by one? Is setting the email template to Default Template works?
2. For all the templates, on the top, it shows “YOUR LOGO” instead of my website name and logo, so it seems like I have to add the logo manually. It has no problem to do it once, but do I have to do that one by one to all the templates?
3. Similar situation, for the email footer, if there is any change, do I also have to do that one by one on all template? Or any other ways to do that?
4. I would like to add a new email, once the client has paid an order, beside the order email now, it will send an additional welcome email with some information we want to tell the clients, so we just need to create a new template, and in Email Type, set it to Order Details (Paid)?

I have created a new custom field for “Gender,” which is displayed on the checkout form and within the orders tab on the admin site. However, I noticed that this custom field is not included in the “New Order” emails sent to both the admin and customers.
Could you please advise if there is a setting or method to include this custom field in the order emails?

Please I need help from the community/ plugin developer team, the order notification stopped sending to customer upon orders, it was working perfectly initially but stopped like 3 weeks ago and I have checked everything I could possible link that to. Also tried sending test emails from the templates but its not sending (says sent but never received) which explains why customers don’t get order notification emails again, but using the sender email as the test receiver email went through. And few days ago, the store new order notification too ceased for some products and later got back which implies that its technical glitch or update bug of the plugin.
Please if anyone from the community or the plugin developers can help with something it will be deeply appreciated.
