Move Submit button to separate line?

I want to move the Submit button below the email field (ideally centered underneath it). Is there a way for me to do this?

Form always redirects, even when no email entered

Great plugin, thanks.

I am using it to redirect users to a particular page after submitting their email address. However, even when no email address is entered, clicking the submit button still causes the redirect.

I assumed it is only supposed to redirect when a valid email address is entered, is that not the case? If so, is there some setting to cause the correct behaviour?

Looking at the source code of the generated form, I see some inputs twice (inside and outside form) :
cw_epu_nonce_field and _wp_http_referer

Can you reproduce?

The submit button in the ? cw_epu_form ? generated form has an attribute name=”submit”. I got various bugs when using javascript/jquery to handle the form.

Use case : try to post the form using an link tag.

Have you considered altering wp_cw_epu_subscribers.email field to be unique to avoid inserting duplicate rows?

Using WP 3.8, the menu icon image is not visible (black on dark grey)
The plugin could use dashicons so it will always be visible? See dashicons-email-alt : https://melchoyce.github.io/dashicons/
