Just updated to WP 6.7 and I’m now seeing:

Hoping this will be fixed in the next plugin update.

We came through this issue while checking WP 6.7 RC1 with out automated E2E tests where we use the Email Log plugin.

Steps to reproduce:

• Activate Email Log
• Send an email (if using WooCommerce, but a product to trigger email notification)
• Go to Email Log > View Logs
• Select “Delete All Logs” and click on “Apply”

=> Nothing happens.

=> We expect all logs to be removed (like with WP 6.6.2).

Hello, we have noticed that entries created with an IPv6 are not being logged. Then I looked in the database and there the IP field is limited to 15 characters, which is not sufficient for an IPv6. I am afraid that this will cause the PHP process to abort and the mail will not go out. Could you please expand this?

i have tried to contact support multiple times for cancellation and have had no luck. as an agency we arent using your tool but wanted to see if it can be cancelled but havent heard anything back but are regularly charged. i have no luck finding the cancel button on the website some help would be appreciated.

Any chance this is plugin error? (It still logs the emails – but throws some errors into AutomateWoo which makes the issue critical – cause it blocks their queue)

I have an error, no log was saved in production, because the ip adresse value was an ipv6, soo many long for table in databases ‘ip_address’ with charvar(15).

I fix temporaly in database charvar(40)

but if you can send a error for this line :

$wpdb->insert( $table_name, $data );

Otherwise increase size type in database by default please !

I am sure I turned off auto-renew right after purchasing this plugin last year, yet I received an email yesterday that it will auto-renew next week.

When I clone a server on Cloudways, every email log has it’s Sent datetime reset to the datetime that the server was cloned. Do you know why this would happen? I am also following up with the hosting company.

Hi, the last specific mention I could find in the changelogs is 7.4. Is this now tested and compatible with PHP 8.+?

I’m using siteground as host and a booking app to have automated emails sent.
I see a green status for emails sent however a few customers say they are not receiving their emails or taking hours before they receive in inbox. I have confirm that emails are not going into spam.

I contacted siteground and they say that it could be the booking plugins fault. I contacted the booking app creator and they say because the email log shows a green status that it’s the siteground issue. Not sure where the problem is coming from or how to fix it.

Does the green status in email log indicate that the email is sent out without any issues? Why do you think the customer is not getting the email?
