I want to send different emails depending on the product. I work with a plug-in from Adventure Tours for tour bookings. Can I also set if someone books a tour that they receive a different email than a normal product order

Hello Buddies,
I am selling software products with download links placed in order conirmation.
Now my issue is since couple of weeks that this download link is missing in most
of order confirmation emails my customers are getting. When I resend this email then suddenly it is appearing again. But not in the first mail which the customers are getting it automatically. Only when sending it manually buy clicking the resend button it will show the download button. can you help me with that guys? This problem comes with all of my products.

My customers can’t reset their password when they click on forgot password. They do get a link by email, but the link just brings them back to where they can leave their emailaddress. It is an endless loop. I contacted Woocommerce and they helped me localize the problem. I turned off all the plugins and even my theme and then turned everything on again. The problem disappeared, but reappeared when I turned email customizer back on…

My developers have customised the email template but they cannot tell me exactly what they did. I am now supporting it and v1.2 displays the email subject and v1.4 does not.
Please could you give me a steer as to where the customisation would have taken place and what files I need to copy where to resolve so I can get the email subject displaying again

I want to test your plugin and Change the template product delivered.
But I can Change only the Header.
I want also add an indivual text but this text will not appear in the email which will get the customer.

Also is it possible to deactivate the other templates.
