Could you please advise what this login is for? Is this for the WP Blog login or is this for the server?
]]>hi
i installed the plugin and added an email account in my hosting cpanel email manager but when i try logging in to it using the plugin it give me error like incorrect username/pass , i contacted my hosting and they are saying that they checked the email server log file and they say that there is no traces of logging in trials from outside there email clients , so they suggested that the plugin isnt configured well …
thanks.
I installed the plug in and when I click email the first script error I see:
Warning: mysqli_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be mysqli_result, boolean given in /home/******/public_html/1/wp-content/plugins/email-client/admin_side/webmailing/embed-frame.php on line 169
When I click management I get this:
Fatal error: Call to a member function rowCount() on a non-object in /home/******/public_html/1/wp-content/plugins/email-client/admin_side/emailclientwm_api.php on line 101
*I removed my username from this script for this post
How do I fix this.

The Buy Now PayPal link doesn’t work and your website has no mention of this plugin?
What Admin login and email sign-in is it asking for? I’ve tried the one I entered in the Configuration Panel but I get a Database error.
]]>Hello,
Even though there are no changelog notes, two updates were posted to your plugin recently, both of which I’ve installed. We are now up to version 3.3.
My issue is this – and I’m just bringing it to your attention because you may not know: Every time you post a new update and I install it, my admin username is reset, the plugin doesn’t know where the tables are, and the server configurations are undone and I have to redo it.
The email plugin is used by my fellow employees on a daily basis, so whenever I update, they’re all barred from access until someone calls me and I realize no one can access the email because the plugin has the appearance of a first time configuration and needs to be re configured (port numbers, incoming and outgoing hosts, everything is undone).
Please take a look at that issue – it’s hampering for functioning businesses.

]]>Hello,
I’ve purchased the full version of this plugin and I’m able to receive mails but cannot send them. I sent a message to the support forum and they did tell me this: that the problem can be in the configuration of the plugin you built.
Here’s part of my log issue:
[18:47:29.46][50f12008] [GET][ip:190.83.178.157] /wp-content/plugins/email-client/admin_side/webmailing/load.php
[18:47:29.46][50f12008] POST > []
[18:47:29.46][50f12008]
[18:47:29.46][50f12008] Exception error: Required fields cannot be empty (CAccount->Email)
[18:47:29.48][50f12008] Exception[1104]: Required fields cannot be empty
~ /libraries/afterlogic/common/managers/users/classes/account.php (342)
Here is his response:
That doesn’t look like a standalone installation of the product, more like integrated into WordPress somehow, so I would assume “Required fields cannot be empty” errors are related to the integration issue.
Can you offer me any assistance or idea as to why I’m having issues with this?
Thanks,
-C
The Plugin response with Fatal error: “Call to a member function set_prefix() on null in /var/www/web77/html/wp-includes/ms-settings.php on line 196″ after clicking on ” i agree ” on the second setup screen.
Any idea what is causing this ?

]]>Hi
Whenever I try setting this up I always get a connection failed error.
Can you please tell me where I am going wrong as this plugin is everything I have been looking for over the past month and I don’t want to have to fail at the last hurdle!!
Thanks
]]>Hello,
This works really well. I just have one issue which is most likely a settings problem. Lets say I have 3 users.
User 1 has 2 email addresses
User 2 has no email address
User 3 has 1 email address
When any of these users go to the log into email page they see all email addressess from all users.
How can I make it so that they only see the email address that is associated with their account?
]]>When I try to log into my account it says unknown error. It’s not a password issue so I don’t know what it could be, hence the unknown.
]]>Hello,
I am really looking forward to using this plugin as it is exactly what I am looking to include in the site.
However during the setup process, after I pass system requirements and advanced to the license agreement, when I click on “I Agree” on the license agreement page… the next page loads _blank and only shows “Email Client WM 3.1” at the top.
Additionally I will look forward to donating to this plugin and giving it a good rating if we can get it working properly.
]]>Everything seems to work, and the upper admin toolbar link shows the logged in email and the number of unread messages, but as you click on the link to see the emails the only thing coming out is a mostly blank admin page telling: “Email Client WM 3.0 – Welcome, please sign in”
