Hello,

I encounter the next situation.

A month ago i’ve setup the connector and testing the functionality syncing some test products (around 2-3 and some of their variations at number) from my woocommerce store to emag marketplace, all good worked as expected, after 2-3 weeks without touching the setup the sync no more works and the log doens’t say to much (it writes in log only when re-enter the API credentials in the plugin admin page.) But those informations doens’t give me a clear direction where i should look and what to check.

Note : all plugins ,themes and wordpress between those dates was not changed having same version number for all things.

Then i’ve taught it’s something related to the WC or WP version and i had updated them to latest version, and then identically behaiour happens like there the plugin and wp files makes no difference like the issue it’s not about with the wp or wc files.

Contacted the emag marketplace api team explaing them my situation and they told me it’s not something that can help me, also they said those fields was added recenlty and my current extenstion possible to not have those fiels while request, (EAN, handling_time, MIN price, MAX price) but they are because i’ve completed them in plugin admin page.

The cron it’s running, scheduled actions works also i’ve ceecked, even i run the action manually and check in the log nothing it’s written.

Lost days on debugging this tried to figure out but i cannot i’m also coder but i’m not familiarized with the plugin and data imports, please if you can guide me in the right direction free or paid support.

Hello,
I made all the settings as described in the Zitec Installation Guide.
I have a few problems
– When I send products with variation, I do not receive an error message and the products do not appear in Emag.
– Products that have been uploaded to both Emag and my site cannot be linked due to different ID
I use wordpress and woocommerce 3.8.0. Please, help me.

Error when mapping product characteristics

I get the error “The EAN is mandatory for this category.” when trying to map the Emaf characteristics with the WooCommerce characteristics (product attributes) on my website. But in the fields list there is no fileds for the EAN (the fields retreived from Emag). So I cannot map the fields.

I ran “Import Emag data” a while ago and it went well. I got access to a new category in Emag Marketplace and I have to run the import again in order to see it in the emag category dropdown. If I run the import again, will I have to map again each category and characteristic?

eMAG doesn’t know what to do and they told me to ask you beacuse you are the owners of their plugin.

Right now we have almost everything prepared to launch our products on eMAG HU.

For products we will use XML feed (which is already prepared) and for orders we will use your eMAG Marketplace Connector plugin for WordPress (WooCommerce).
Seetings are ok, I’ve read your plugion documentation and we need to set up a CRON job to syncronize orders from eMAG to woocommerce. Do they need to set up a callback URL or something?
Could you give me please instructions on how to do this properly?
Beacuse in your documentation there aren’t any detailed instructions of how your plugin works or how should we set up a cron.

Buna ziua,
Am efectuat toate setarile exact ca in ghidul de instalare al Zitec. Am reusit sa trimit produse simple pe Emag dar cand trimit produse cu variatie, nu primesc nici un mesaj de eroare iar produsele nu apar pe Emag.
Folosesc platfroma wordpress si plugin de woocommerce. As avea nevoie de o rezolvare pentru a nu importa manual toata lista de produse.

1. I have a problem with emag conector on emag.ro.
I’ve uploaded products but is not importing orders from emag to website.
I’ve set cron jobs but is not working.

2. Also cand i setup +10% price on emag … to be a difference between my website and emag on the price?

3. Can i use this plugin on emag.bg or hu? Do i have to make a subdomain like new website to connect to other platforms?

Hello everybody, I thought you might want to know my experience with the emag connector by zitec on woocommerce,
Mapping categories done, everything fine
type of product -> Taken from product attributes, when most people out there have them on subcategories, modified all products, added type of products.
afterwards I expected the connector to take all products in stock and upload them to emag, but no, you have to modify again every product check visible on emag market place and input the brand.
If you have variable products(you have to check visible on emag for every variation), they will create standalone products on emag for every variation, instead of creating one product with variations.
Every attribute is duplicated 5 times, so if you have say attribute size M, you will have on emag, under size Size M 5 times. and if you have a product with sizes S, M, L XL, you will get 4 products on emag.

The product image is uploaded, sometimes, as thumbnail instead of full image of the product, throwing you an emag error of invalid images.
I setup up handling time to 1, but emag threw an error forcing me to make handling time 0.

After all this, you will have to go to the emag market place, manually edit every product, making this extension useless,oboslete and not worth your time because in the end, you want to have your website connected to the marketplace, have syncronized stock and sales.

So if you think about installing it, don’t. You are better of with manual listing of products on emag but you will double your work, maintaining both your site and stock and orders on emag.

The connector works as it was done by amateurs, and not by fully licenced/accredited developers as Zitec presents them, and since emag owns 25% of zitec, it should work with emag flawless.

The product attributes are all cloned, which causes Emag to invalidate the uploaded products, until the clone of each attribute is removed.

Side note, but I was also wondering is there a way to automatically generate different (cropped) image resolutions for products and then for the Zitec plugin to pick only those? Because Emag support say they require images with a 2:3 ratio, instead of the typical 4:3 that product photos have. I don’t want to go through the trouble of editing hundreds of photos by hand and then uploading them manually to the Emag marketplace.

Can the Zitec plugin help with this?

Hi there,

I noticed that publishing new products to Marketplace via WooCommerce is getting the main image as thumbnail, which cause the product invalidation because of the minimum image size allowed by the Marketplace.

You may want to take a look at the method that handles this push, located under includes/crons/process-products.php. As you can see below, the $main_image is calling the get_post_thumbnail_id method:

I am sorry, but the plugin is not working. Even from eMag Bulgaria told me not to use it, because it’s not reliable. The cron command are not supported of shared hosting. I found a solution with my hosting provider, putting cron commands in php file and after that executed with cron command, but it is just not sending the products to eMag marketplace. I am sorty, but I give up and uninstall the plugin.

Hello
I set all needs for this plugin, in my dashboard everything is ok – maping cattegories and characteristics, VAT is ok, i setup that 3 crons, but producst still not update on emag.

On email i receive that information from crons:
