I have created an attribute “color” and “material” in my woocommerce product database and i would like to map them in my XML flow.

I though that the “optional fields” could help me doing that, but i cannot find my attributs in the list of available “attributes value”.

I am creating an xml feed for my woocommerce products. When I go to create the xml feed on the categories page it shows “0” for each category and then the xml feed is empty. I have each product assigned to a category and when I go to categories in Woocommerce it shows the correct count. It’s just not pulling into the Elex WooCommerce Google Shopping plugin. Any ideas on how I can correct this?

Hello. Our webshop is translated into 5 different languages, and the feeds for different countries contain various currencies.

When I create a feed for, for example, German, I can choose the exchange rate in your advanced settings. However, the challenge is that we use WPML and have implemented different rounding rules that cannot be adjusted in your advanced settings.

Therefore, the price will not be the same as on our webshop when I can only select a currency exchange rate in your settings. So, the question is, how can I fetch a specific product price directly from WPML?

It’s calculated dynamically and is not stored as a field in the database. If this is an issue that you can help resolve, I’d be happy to purchase your premium version of the plugin.

I have a multilingual WooCommerce store with WPML. However, the XML feed generated by ELEX only appears in one language, regardless of whether I set up additional feeds for other countries. How can I assign the respective translations of WPML to the feeds?

Thanks for the plugin which generally works well. I had a problem where the feed URL was being cached by memcached object cache on Siteground hosting. The feed wouldn’t get updated. I turned it off and it was fine but the performance of the site is nowhere near as good. I want to turn memcached back on but do you know of a workaround for this? My ideas were either exclude the feed URL from memcached which I don’t think is possible, or possibly serving the feed URL on a different domain or subdomain so that memcached doesn’t affect that. I couldn’t see an easy way to do that though. I even considered a separate install of woocommerce and elex just for the feed…

I am interested in your plugin but have some doubts. My questions may look naive but I want to make the right choice and understand why it’s the right one. Please advise:

1. It states that your plugin supports product variables, but does it support these cases:
   1.1 My parent products do not have SKUs, only variations themselves. Will your plugin use the variation SKUs (for MPN) or there will be an issue? E.g. the official WooCommerce plugin (“Google Listings and Ads”) does not deal with this, it supports parent/general SKU only.
   1.2 Also, the official plugin does not take the “Brand” global attribute for variations. What about your plugin?
   1.3. Finally, the official plugin shows the same title for every variation (creating separate products for them in Google). This creates a lot of products with different pricing & attributes but with the same titles – not good. I believe some of the attributes (e.g. colour) should be added to the product title in Google (not on the website itself), but can your plugin do this? Or does it offer a better solution?
2. Regarding the plugin feature which fixes the Woocommerce structured data bug – is this still actual with the new version of WooCommerce? Can your solution affect other plugins which work with the data and/or the design of the website?
3. Is your plugin fully compatible with the Divi theme and LiteSpeed Cache plugin?
   4.2 Will I be able to display the EAN or MPN data (from the fields created by your plugin) by Divi on a product page? At the moment I display the product SKU on a product page (with products MPNs in the SKU field).
4. Your plugin will add several product input fields: Brand, GTIN, UPC, MPN, EAN, etc. But what if I already have the “Brand” attribute (created as a global one) – What will happen then, and how should I act in order to avoid any issues with already created products?
   Will I need to copy the value from the “Brand” attribute created by me to the “Brand” field created by your pluging for all my products?
   I currently display the “Brand” attribute data in the product details tab (on a product page) – will I be able to proceed to do this?

4.2 If there is no way but using the field created by your plugin, what will happen if I deactivate the plugin one day in future?

5. Does your plugin sync products with Google Merchant Center automatically (like the official plugin does) or I’ll need to manually create & upload to Google a file after any price update?
6. Anything else I should know before switching from the “Google Listings and Ads” plugin to your plugin? For e.g. should I just deactivate the official plugin and activate yours or I need to do anything extra? Maybe some cleanup (in my admin panel or Google Centre)?
7. Why I should decide to go with your plugin? After all, there are many other options, why yours is better? Please advise.

The offset numbers and the line is always random. The errors show up randomly. They’re not appearing all of the time.

It’s just in the dashboard and not on the main site, thankfully. But I’d like to take care of this in case there are any problems. So far it doesn’t appear to be hurting functionality, but I want to make sure it doesn’t.

I am wondering if there is a way to designate the unit for our shipping weight in woocommerce. Currently, our generated feed includes the decimal value for the shipping weight, but not unit (lbs, kg, oz). Google specification example: <g:shipping_weight>3 kg</g:shipping_weight>

Hello, I found your plugin and I am wondering if I could use it to solve problem I am facing to. I have woocommerce site where I have prices set without TAX and the tax is auto added during the checkout. This is one of two standard setting available for woocommerce. Problem is, in google shopping feed you have to add prices with the TAX, but the google system then try to match the price in feed with price on the website(price without TAX) and it will reject the products since the price doesnt match. Is there some option how to solve this with your plugin?

I want to leave it to Google to map my categories, and the plugin won’t allow me to do so any more. Now, it only generates the feed properly when I map categories manually, and only have the manually mapped categories checked. However, when I map one category manually, and leave the rest checked but unmapped, it either says “feed has been generated successfully” and reverts the feed attributes, or the page hangs forever on “generating your feed” and reverts the feed attributes. If I leave the rest unchecked, it only includes the one checked and mapped attribute in the feed. This has been working fine for months until a recent update. I’ve even removed and re-added the plugin to try to get it to work properly.

new customer. I’m trying to get a feed set up but getting stuck on shipping price that is mandatory in my country (au).

all my products have free shipping and i only sell to AU.
when i input 0.00 AUD it adds :::0.00 AUD and this throws error in google merchant.
If i leave it blank it skips column and shipping ends up in ‘brand’
what do i need to add to ‘set attribute value’ to get this to work.

How can I add the Google Attribute “store code” to my feed?

This is required for free local product listings on Google Merchant Center. Local product feeds do not allow for custom rules to be added.

I’ve created a feed, then I added that feed to Google Merchant Center, however, only 392 products are available in Google Merchant Center, but my store has over 5000 products.

Please can assistance be provided as to how I can get all the products onto the feed?
