But today something strange happened. I just deleted one tickets and all the rest 42 tickets disappeared.
Now it shows that I have zero tickets.
Any idea why that happened and if I can recover the tickets?

i’ve just installed the plugin to test if it fits our needs for customer assistance, we were able to open a ticket from front end and we see the ticket in front end opened tickets page but the backend admin page looks bugged, it doesn’t show the opened tickets list.

Nothing has been created.
If I create a page and insert codes ( i tried all of them) myself they only work to create ticket, nothing happens if i click on CHECK YOUR EXISTING REQUEST nothing happens, it only reloads page.

]]>hi … i am using ELEX HelpDesk & Customer Support Ticket System –WSDesk plugin free Version 3.1.5 .
I have properly set up IMAP EMail Setup – (Incoming). Now when a customer sends mail to my email a new ticket is opened automatically and it shows on my WSDesk dashboard and I am being able to reply from dashboard successfully but if customer replies that ticket via email, that reply doesn’t show on my WSDesk dashboard.
That means the problem is that replies to tickets submitted via email are not displayed on the WSDesk dashboard.
Please help me for this issues I am waiting for your positive feedback,,,,, Thank you
]]>My front-end only shows the Request Form on the wsdesk_support page. Nothing happens for Ticket pages–just stays on main Support page with default buttons and no menu whatsoever. Did have a test user login in with the Subscriber account created for a test ticket.
Is that a Premium feature for external users to see Ticket pages?

Able to receive incoming emails with a GSuite account using Google OAuth Setup – (Incoming). With Cloudways hosting able to setup SMTP for WordPress use. But while Outgoing messages do function, they do not use the Support Reply Email configured, but instead use the primary admin for the GSuite account. Have tried some permissions on Google Cloud, but nothing works. What am I missing.

]]>I do not agree the plugin policy for to allow change upload folder in the pro version only. First because the images is accessible from public. Second because the images isn’t deleted with the post delete. Third because the uploads folder keeps a mess.
Please a option to save images inside email or, if it is not possible, to allow change the folder. Keep in mind that an email server isn’t the same power (and storage) of a wordpress server. Could be a cost.
I also didn’t understand what the plugin meant with “Enabling HTML option may lead to security issues. Resolving such issues are out of the scope of WSDesk plugin, hence we do not recommend this option.”

I see that in create a new ticket form has the email id field which auto filled with user’s WordPress profiles email field for logged in users.
In your plugin’s settings->Ticket Settings->Ticket Field->Add New Field has Text Box option available.
So, can I create one text box called / label Name and it’s get automatically fetch user’s “first name AND last name” or “first name OR last name” from his WordPress profile ?

I have a problem that in editor of email format section when I typed any html tag OR just click on the top row of code list and added html tags automatically like for bold effect <strong>
code and for italic effect <em>
code which is not working in the output of the mail in the customers inbox.
I checked with disabling all the plugins and the fresh installations also but not working for me. I also tried <b>
tag by adding manually and click on save button but it is also not working for me.

]]>I recently upgraded the server to Ubuntu 20.04, Apache 2.4, PHP 7.4 and since then, the Helpdesk system doesn’t seem to retrieve emails from Gmail.
Mail settings are all fine, IMAP is activated, and prior to the upgrade, the system worked fine. I can see email in the inbox of my account, but the plugin doesn’t download it and place it into the Ticket System.
Have tried resetting the plugin from scratch, and setting it up again, but still no luck. I am wondering if it’s just not compatible with PHP7.4

May you add a full-screen option for the editor or a option to resize like the textbox even at this support forum)
The other solutuon could be a custom css, which will only make a fixed other variant, not realy a good solution …
