I am trying to schedule visibility for a section, but the options do not even appear under the advanced section.

I have confirmed that Scheduled Plus! is activated in the settings. I have other places on the page where I can use the schedule tool. The only difference I can find is that I can use it on the sections and columns, but not on the flexbox.

The Inline SVG Block can not be used. There is a compatibility issue with the Safe SVG plugin which is required to use this Elements Plus Block. There has been an update and the simple solution given to fix this issue wasn’t included in the update, and the issue persists. I have been waiting for over a month for this issue to be fixed. There are no longer any SVGs on this page because for some reason Elements plus just deactivated the Inline SVG widget and says the Safe SVG is not Active even though it is. My Main elements on my site were all animated SVGs, it has been working flawlessly for years… now its all broken. I have deactivated and reactivated both plugins and regenerated and synced Elementor.. but still can’t get the toggle for inline SVG to show says Safe SVG is not active…. how do I fix this?

I’ve been trying to improve page speed optimizations for my site. I added WP Fastest Cache and Autoptimize. ALL of the other Elements Plus! plugins I use on the site work EXCEPT the Gallery Plus! widget.

The gallery page does work in Safari and Opera (I don’t use Chrome) but *not* in Firefox. No matter what I try to do, it simply will not display the gallery.

Can anyone help me determine what the problem is? Anyone know what’s going on?

The version of Firefox I’m using is 106.0.5 for Macintosh.

Elements Plus 2.15 appears to break “Edit With Elementor” 3.7.0 and 3.7.1 and Elementor Pro 3.7.3 from loading the editor unless safe mode is used.

Disabling the Elements Plus plugin fixes the issue, as does reverting Elementor plugin to 3.6.8.

I’m not seeing any errors logged in debug.log, so i’m thinking it must be a JavaScript compatibility issue.

I installed the plugin a couple of days ago, but I don’t see any Plus! widgets. I thought that maybe I had installed it before installing Elementor, so I deactivated, uninstalled, and reinstalled and activated, but no joy. I still don’t see any Plus! widgets.

I also used the troubleshooter to disable all other plugins.

Temporary fixes
Each of the following measures fix the issue temporarily:
* Downgrading Elementor to 3.5.6
* Disabling the plugin Elementor Plus

I have yet to dig into the plugin code, but figured this might be something that’s of interest to the plugin authors in order to look into this and ideally publishing a patched version.

My page, “Indoor Vendor Registration” has two sections–one that is visible now to collect registrations, and one that is scheduled to be visible later this summer when registration has ended. However, if a vendor searches for the registration page on our site, the first search result returned to them is of the hidden section, followed the a search result for the active section. Both search results return to the same page and end up showing only the active section, but it is incredibly confusing for vendors trying to register. It makes it appear that registration has already closed when in reality, it is still open for months!

My two questions are:
1. Why are these two sections (on the same page) showing as two separate search results.
2. More importantly–why is the hidden section showing in the search results at all? Isn’t it supposed to be hidden?

Thank you for the wonderfull Gallery Plus plugin.

The only problem is that gallery plus doesn’t show the caption in the lightbox. I tried different methods, and it didn’t work.

By the way, I use Elementor as a page builder. and captions is working perfectly when I use Elementor basic gallery, but not with Gallery Plus. captions can be shown in gallery grids, but not in the lightbox.

I was wondering if there is a way to fix this issue.

I just realised that this Gallery Plus! doesnt put any alt text (even if you have it fiiled up when you add picture into gallery) into the source code of the web page…

All alt texts of all pictures in the gallery are empty. Why???

I tried to include the Elements Plus Preloader on the gallery page of my site. It seemed to work fine, but I had a report from my client that when he tried to load the page, the preloader got stuck. I have therefore removed it until I understand the issue.

Under what circumstances might the preloader get stuck?

After updating to 2.14.1, hundreds of pages on my site were broken. For example on the page listed in the link above, the box should roll out to the left of the text and have a red border. I reverted back to 2.14.0, but still had the issue. Twice I restored both my plugins and database from backup to narrow it down to 2.14.1. Just rolling back to the previous doesn’t help.
My site is working as it should now with 2.14.0 installed from the restores. I just thought you would want to know. It also broke my home page and moved everything to the left in single file. Again, not broken now because I reverted back.
Otherwise, great plugin.

I have a presentation file which i want to use as preloader, can you help on that probably send me a code to use with preloader plus

I am using Preloader Plus on a website and it’s malfunctioning in Firefox & Microsoft Edge. When I first enter the page, the preloader goes away when the page loads but if I enter an inner page ( for instance “about us” ) and then go back to homepage it shows the logo but even if the page loads it never goes away.
This bug can only be seen on Firefox & Microsoft Edge, on Chrome it works fine.
Is this a known bug?

my background-image is a theater curtain image, and I was wondering if it was possible to add an animation to the preloader so that when loading, the background image makes an animation of opening curtains?

I can do it without the preloader but I would really like to be able to do it with it, is it possible?

Is Button Plus not capable of having a transparent background? If I have it set to a “default” button, I get a green background even though background color is set to clear. Is this a bug? Is there a way to have a clear background that I’m not seeing?

We have installed your plugin and I noticed that arrows on standard elementor reviews widget do not work. Actually they work when fast clicking on them but not in the same spot. Also, auto slide is blocked. We contacted elementor plugins support and they told us that when they deactivated your plugin, reviews widget started to work normally again. So there is some conflict.

I’m using Elementor 2.9.2 and Elements Plus! 2.14.0.

I created some icon boxes with Elementor and would like to add a tooltip when hovered over. But once I select the Tooltip Plus! option under settings all previously created icons disappear once I edit them with Elementor. The header and text are still visible but it seems the icon has become invisible for some reason.

The Icon Plus! option has no tooltip functionality so that’s also no option.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Edit: the icons are just disappearing during the edit. Once you update and view the page it works.

Some visitors and clients are required by their compliance teams to use Internet Explorer. When elements plus is activated IE stalls on loading. When deactivated everything looks fine.

The search plus widget was working absolutely fine till now but after the recent update I noticed that search text appears above the search bar which I am not able to get rid off. Need help with the same.
