For all users, please visit SwiftCloud 2.0 Electronic Signature and migrate your doc asap.
Migration is easy – see the 2nd video on
https://swiftcloud.ai/support/wordpress-electronic-signature-setup
Note .AI is 2.0, .IO is 1.0, and these purposely look the same but it is easy to confuse the two.
To migrate, see our migration guide (easy) at
https://swiftcloud.ai/support/wordpress-e-signature-plugin-migration
We’d we stop the plugin? See
https://swiftcloud.ai/wordpress-electronic-signature-plugin
If you have any questions, need help, suggestions, requests, you name it – we love our clients and want to help you succeed – drop us a line at https://swiftcloud.ai/support/contact (not here; this channel is supported as a courtesy but our response will be slower – also, 90% of questions have been already answered online, often with video).

]]>Greetings,
I am using the swift cloud plugin for the first time and I have filled out the form several times with fake data to see how it works and I have not been able to sign the document with the pen function or the keyboard function. When using the pen function, no “ink” appears and when using keyboard function I cannot click on “use selected”. I have tried different browsers, etc. Is this a java issue or a compatibility issue?
Is it possible with the free version of the plug-in to set up to receive an email attachment of a signed waiver to me (business owner) only? As the operator of a fitness facility, I need to keep a digital copy of signed waivers.
]]>When I am using Unyson and the Swift Signature plugin together, the page/post editor will not be seen. If I disable either of the plugin, it will work. We are using Energy wordress Theme and we need the Unyson plugin for it to work.
]]>Hi,
I tried using the plugin with Divi but it wasn’t working correctly. It works on pages now using the builder, but when the builder is used it’s buggy with things overlapping. This only happens when using the keyboard signature, rather than the drawn one. I tried fiddling with the z-index but didn’t work.
Also the styling effects the backend Divi builder, so must be using some same classes.
Thanks,
Andy

]]>Hello,
The plugin works seamlessly and I love it, but there’s one MAJOR FLAW, I am unable to access the pdf copy of my signed form. I get a message that says error occured during converting the PDF.
How can I have this resolved? It’s actually the most important part.
Thanks for any help.
When signing a doc, the message “Thanks” displays at the bottom of the WordPress page. The visitor is not sent to the “signedthanks” page. The signed document is not available anywhere (it does not even display anywhere).
