If using this plugin, would I still need to use your DKIM – SPF document for configuring with GoDaddy hosting?

I tried to setup Elastic Mail Plugin and got stuck in one point. I do not understand what I need do fill in in ‘Elasticemail REST API URL’.
Is following URL enough or do I have to add more?
