I’ve encountered a problem with the Elementor – Header, Footer & Blocks Template plugin and the Elastic Email Subscribe Form. It broke the editing for the created footer and had to be disabled or else the Elementor editor would load indefinitely.
I’ve also noticed that when the subscribe block is added to the footer these errors show in the console when it tries to load the start page:
Uncaught ReferenceError: originalEvent is not defined common.min.js?ver=3.2.4:2
Uncaught TypeError: e.elements.$counterNumber.numerator is not a function preloaded-modules.min.js?ver=3.2.4:2
Any ideas as to what it could possibly be caused by and how to solve?
]]>Hi Elastic! In the year 2021 you should’ve offered a widget, whose labels are customisable and/or translatable. Not everybody who wants to use it will be doing this on a English-native/English-only website. I’d like to be able to change the placeholder text, and also all labels. I’d be better if the plugin is Polylang compatible and/or loco translate. Cheers!

]]>Hi there,
I have website with TheGem Theme. When I adding Elastic Email plugin to the Widget Area it conflicts with the others plugins which are using javascript (I guess).
For example, on the Privacy Policy page in the Footer Elastic Email plugin kills The Gem Clients Plugin (look at Footer Area on any other page).
Elastic Email plugin placed only on the Privacy Policy page for you to check it up.
Is there any solution?
Thank you.
]]>Hello, Is possible customize fields?
I only need ask EMAIL, and checkbox to accept terms and conditions to subscribe.
The widget success or failure status messages show, even before any information is submitted.
Thank you for subscribing to our newsletter!
Something went wrong there, try again.
This is what is looks like.

I am using the Elastic Email Subscribe Form on my website to collect newsletter subscriptions on my website. However, when I activate the plugin I lose the drop-downs on my menu!
I am using the most current versions of WordPress, Elementor, Elementor Pro, and GeneratePress. Are there any known conflicts with these plugins?
]]>Hi dear,
This plugin does not Compatible with Slider Revolution, and when activated, the slider will be disabled and gives an error.
Error message:
Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include.
This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings -> Troubleshooting set option: Put JS Includes To Body option to true.
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
I just need to make some style changes. I noticed in your screenshots that there is a widget settings page – I can’t find it.
Thanks
Peter
Hi,
I’m having trouble network activating this plugin on my Multisite Network. The moment I try networking activating, it just crashes everything.
Is this not Multisite compatible?
