This morning I created a new site using WP v 5.3.2 and am using the Twenty Twenty theme. I first installed the eHive access plugin and added the client ID, client secret and tracking ID. Then I installed the eHive Objects Image Grid plugin and set that up with a search term. I added the shortcode for the plugin [ehive_objects_image_grid] that I found on your documentation at https://developers.ehive.com/ehive-object-image-grid-plugin/, step 10.
I tried to save a draft of the page and it showed a critical error warning, “There has been a critical error on your website.” The automated email said, “WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, eHive Objects Image Grid.”
I deleted the offending page and then installed and activated the classic editor plugin. I created a new page and stopped getting the critical error warning when I used the shortcode. However, the plugin did not populate the page with any images. The search term that I used returns several images when I use the search facility on the account I am searching on eHive.
So I can’t get your Objects Image Grid plugin to work. I would appreciate your suggestions on how to get this working.
]]>Hi, Thanks for the recent plugin updates. Great stuff. On my WordPress website, I’m not seeing any images display when I view an individual Object when using the eHive Object Details plugin. I can see my overall Gallery as a large Thumbnail grid and I can see the correct Object details (Name, etc) when I click into the Details page, however I am not seeing any images.
