the grade on my result sheet isn’t working properly despite configuring it to my choice. All the score on the result sheet is showing “F” on the grade table, below is the screenshot of what i mean

please what could be the cause of this issue as i have try every possible means to resolve the issue but not successful, i will be expecting your response

Hi,

We have 5 different main projects for testing.

In addition to the basic fields for each person taking the test, each test item has its own field.
for example:
Under the abacus test, there are division, multiplication, division, addition and subtraction.
Under the mental arithmetic test, there are rank one and rank two
Under the mathematics test, there are simple mathematics and engineering mathematics.

• Can it be presented in this way?
• Can the certificate list the name of the test item passed?
• Can the Award name on the certificate be customized?

Hi, When I am searching for student result its not showing results instead its showing invalid results,Can u please help on it.The results published correctly if i am checking with wordpress login the results are showing.

Please i need help in getting the details of how the calculations are done using the GPA grading system. i have 9 subjects with each score uploaded already and seen the results but i dont know how the GPA was arrived at for each of the students. i am aware of the max being 100 and lowest being 33 but i need a detailed calculations please.

I have engaged the developers of this plugin for close to 9months and used the plugin for about 3months, this I believe gives me a good chance to make an objective review of this plugin. I will make a review of the plugin as a product and my experience of interacting with the Developer, because I believe a product is as good as its developer.

PLUGINS:

This plugin as great potential in general terms, its a very general plugin which unless you have development skills, dont bother to use or better still if you have to, use the free version.

ITS PROS;

• its free version has better functionalities than the premium version, functions like “importing users” works better with the free version, while the pro-version is complex and cumbersome, its actually a literal manual uploads.
• It can capture by bare minimum the basic results of students, grades, marks, and positions where necessary.

CONS:

• Its a very generic plugin, its not designed with a normal school systems in mind, its designed with more of college or online college courses mindset, but if you are in elementally school systems to junior schools, this plugin requires massive customizations which the developer will assure you of completing in weeks, only to count months almost an year to complete.
• There is zero documentation on anything that you can read and follow through on your own, you have to always follow up with the developer if he ever replies to your questions for clarifications
• Its got a major issue with “Intergrity” as a exam results plugin….this is where you find a teacher is able to access subjects of other students even from classes he doesnt teacher, and he is able to modify or even award marks and results to those students, which is a serious integrity issue in an exam context.
• Importing users especially for pro-version is a nightmare, its actually a manual process, and when you ask the developer about it, he will say it can only be refined through extra pay.
• In normal school learning process, a teacher doesnt teach in a vacuum, the layout is basically from; A class, then subjects, then teachers and finally an overall class teacher….this plugin lacks that basic class taxonomy…..and when you querry the developer about it, he will say, only by paying extra can that taxonomy be upgraded for you, even with the pro-version.
• Classes are always managed by class teachers in almost every school system, but for this, its assumed on the whole school is made of one admin, many teachers with zero classes but many subjects…….this is a big flow for a results based plugin.
• some assessments like awarding marks or making comments on “rattings ” of a student can only be done by one school admin. this assumes that its a small school with one class of 10students only. Thats a big flow….and no documentations for this.
• It does not provide any analytics for the teacher on the basis of any perfomance of the students even with the pro-version, it has zero analytics for the teacher and school admin

THE DEVELOPER:

• He will promise to fix your request in days, but he will take months before you get an update from him, i waited for 8months to have simple modifications done for students with the pro-version.
• he doesnt care about weather you buying the plugin for personal use or business, he doesnt have that urgency for his clients, he will postphone your reviews for weeks unending.
• He will make the ammendments finally, but then, when you send feedback for him to correct the issues, he will ignore your reviews forever, meaning, you most likely going to loose clients because you cant give a program with results integrity issues to any school
• He might be snappy with words and might use disrespectful language when you ask for clarifications to some of the work he will insists to have done, words like, “you are confused” and “you need to think” might be common from him when you ask a clarification.
• When he commits to do the work, he will do a good job, but after reminding you every second that what you paid for, was nothing compaired to other urgent projects he is working on for other clients……this sucks!!!
• Overall…..if you must use this plugin, just take the free version and hustle around it or better still get some different developer to customize it to fit your needs, or just get another plugin from the plugin store.
• I assured the developer, i will make an objective review of our interaction to make sure it helps someone who will come after this to make an informed decision.

For some reason the educare results are In white color instead of say black. My page’s background color is light gray so the white text is not seen. Is there any way I could change the color on the non pro version?

I am using Educare free plugins and want to rename Class to be replaced by COURSE NAME. How can i do that.

One another function i want on another registration page to check the registration of any student simply put the registration number.

The error message when someone doesn’t enter the registration number says ‘Mast’, it should be ‘Must’ – is there a way to provide control of what message is displayed to the admin?

And how can I get the premium version of this?

Please, see the result page. A student’s of Graphic Design, Roll- 230710 and Regi is 230710. When I search, it shows “Result not found. Please try again”

please added individual subject number entry and login option. Admin can create user to input number subject wise.

Having trouble changing the result form placeholders, please someone tell me where to rename “inter roll no.” to something else

In for thier is text call Regi No i want to change to UID no how at change it i tried all your soloution and it show changed in code but not in front end

Print does not work well. You can try result for Grade 6 roll no 605 on the linked page https://school.hussainicalgary.com/results/.

Also the button text Should be Back, not Undo. Undo it does not make sense.

Can I remove GPA from result, we don’t use GPA.

• I can’t find a file to translate.
• What is “mark sheed”. I can’t find an English translation.
• In “add marks, when students are listed, I don’t see much sense to show the columns of: “Roll no” and “Regi no”. As a teacher, I want to add marks for the students.

Casuistry: John Doe, year 2023, in the first period (class-01-23), in the subject Mathematics; I want to add three marks. I want the first mark to be 40%, the second mark to be 30% and the third mark to be the remaining 30%. 

• How can I average a final grade?
• In Colombia, the school year is divided into 4 periods. Am I correct in using “class” for this purpose?
• How can I customize a template so that the student can print or download a PDF file?
• How can I customize the data shown to the student in the frontend? I want to hide certain data and change the position of this data.
• In my country, a single teacher teaches all the subjects for the different grades of preschool and elementary school. If I am going to add marks to the 4th Grade “Math” subject, I want to add the mark of my three exams; doing it one by one is more work. 
• How can I add “achievements” to the tests? For example: in Mathematics, I want to add three “achievements” (exams). The first achievement is “exhibitions” and it will be 40%, the second achievement is going to be homework, and it will be 30% and finally a final paper which will be 30%. These achievements will then be displayed in the frontend, so that the parent can see the performance of their child in that period.
• The school year consists of 4 periods. In the first period for Mathematics there were three achievements that should be averaged; then for the second period again three achievements that should also be averaged, but additionally there should be a column that shows the average of those first two periods. For the fourth period again the average of grades for that subject in that period will be shown, but also the column with the total average of the year will be shown, corresponding to the average of the four periods for the subject of Mathematics.

I attach a final report card where they appear: subject, the four periods (1p, 2p, 3p and 4p); the average of those four periods (Average General); the achievements and a qualitative of the fourth period. Also, in the header, information of interest to the student and parent.

I tried importing 6 students results, didn’t work well, I inserted manually and trying to view it but does not work. Can you help?

I tried many ways, no luck.

I not able to use custom grading system. can’t change the value of grading system. I also check the plugin code there all grading systems are in comments.

Thanks for this amazing plugin .. I like it so much.

I have two problems:

1- the Arabic content not shown like “ù??ˉ?§ ù??-ù?ù??ˉ ?§?¨?±?§ù?ù?ù? ù??ˉ” .. how to solve it? ( the data imported from CSV with UTF8 format)

2- In the front page no result is shown I get this error ” result not found .. please try again” but the database includes 8 records and the All students page in the backend shows them.

Not all subjects in my school are of the same standard. Suppose the full marks of any subject is 30 and any subject is 10. How do I calculate GPA?

After adding results and students, the system is responding “No result found” and when searching for student, it message is “students not found”.

Hi, i’m happy testing your plugin but i’m facing an issue after year , exam , class and subjet , i’m trying to add mark for students but i realized that when i choose the class and exam, the subjects under the class is not popolating.

i disabled auto result option from settings. but it is not working fine. i also failed to enter cgpea number as double number. example, 3.45(showing the nearest value 3 or 4)
