Hi, Editorify Team!

We used Editorify to get engagement from our visitors with help of reviews we imported for products of our interest from amazon, and Aliexpress using “Importify”!

But the issue is – Imported reviews are showing in “Editorify Dashboard Import List” beside each product and showing the option “View on the store” when we click on any product to verify whether our imported reviews are showing or not… Then Editorify shows nothing on
product pages, collections pages,etc even we followed all guidance about “Integrations of Editorify with Woocommerce”

We need help to get it fixed asap…

I have imported reviews for this particular product page and the imported reviews are showing in the dashboard but not showing on the product page.
Please help with this issue.

Also, I upgraded the plan from Gold to Diamond in order to use the chrome extension which was required to import the reviews from Amazon. But I was charged on the gold plan then charged again on diamond plan on my credit card.

Can you please check and refund the payment for the gold plan as I was not able to use the features I wanted on that plan. I had just subscribed for one day.
