Hi
Can you please confirm the latest version of WordPress this is currently working with?
I’m not sure when it stopped working and I really miss it. There’s nothing else quite like it out there.
]]>The image won’t update … but I found a simple workaround — after making your Edik edits, click the built-in “Edit” and make a meaningless change — e.g., select full image and click crop, then Save … the changes will take effect.
DEVELOPER: PLEASE KEEP GOING ON THIS — DONT’ GIVE UP. This plugin has great potential.

]]>Hi,
Many congratulation for this great plugin !
I would like to use Edik on my front end. To do that, I’ve just realised an “Edit” button that refers to a php file of my theme. So, it is easy to add here any code to open Edik.
An Edik shortcode could be a good way.
Does somebody have already done that ?
How to do that ?
Thx in advance
JPB

]]>Hi –
Is there a way I can load this on the front end for a user (not in the WP Admin dashboard – we don’t want to allow access to that) for a form. Specifically for a Advanced Custom Fields 5 Gallery form?
Thanks –

]]>Hi,

Thanks.

]]>I love the idea of this plugin – but the image will not preview once an adjustment is made. It disappears, and doesn’t come back. I am using a Kreativo theme. Any suggestions?

]]>Hello,
Thanks for this easy and useful plugin.
After clicking save, the loading bar shows, but there is a JS error, and the save never seems to complete. If I close the editor and refresh the page, the media is shown updated correctly.
Here is the error from the JS console:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'width' of undefined edik.js?ver=3.8:2
(anonymous function) edik.js?ver=3.8:2
c load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5B%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=3.8:3
p.fireWith load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5B%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=3.8:3
k load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5B%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=3.8:5
r load-scripts.php?c=0&load%5B%5D=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=3.8:5
I am a JS developer, so I inspected the error. I believe it is e that is undefined:
e=b.sizes.medium,c=edik.fit_size(e.width,e.height,80,60)
Looking at object b.sizes at the time of error:
b.sizes = { guest-author-32: ..., guest-author-64: ..., guest-author-96: ..., guest-author-128: ...}
Each of the guest-author-
do have property .width
. Therefore I think the issue may be related to the Co-Author plugin I have installed.
HTH!

]]>I’ve tried the plugin in WordPress versions 3.8 and 3.7.1. All I get is a blank screen when I try to open the “advanced image editor”.
