I am feeling a bit concerned as I purchased and started to set up this theme about 5 months ago. Since then we have been stalled and unable to do anything on it until now. Now that I am looking to get it started, support seems to have disappeared. Are they still helping? Or have they taken our money and run? The Astoundify site is just a blog (we can log in) which has no posts. This is very worrying as our fundraising is about to begin.

Hi
I need to postpone wepay account creation after submit a campaign.
Thanks in advance
I figured this out. If you are not registered first, and logged in, then you get the error message.
You have to register for an account FIRST, and then when you are logged in you can start a campaign.
]]>Can somebody confirm how astoundify utilizes the EDD WePay OAuth2 plugin for split payments? Specifically, is it processing payments in parallel or chained fashion? I.e., parallel: payment is made directly to each party by wepay; chained: payment is made to one party and then a set portion distributed to the second party.
]]>I am running Crowdpress and installed the EDD WePay plugin as well as your oauth2 plugin. I have followed the directions for setting everything up, but when I try to process a pledge i am greeted with this error:

I also posted the on the EDD forums, and Pippin posted a link to your support forum that may contain an answer for me. Because I haven’t purchased one of your Envato themes, I can’t get in. Any help is appreciated.
]]>Does the WePay plugin work under a flexible AND all-or-nothing model? I was intending to set a slightly higher commission on flexible campaigns, but don’t see where to set that percentage. If this does work on flexible campaigns, does pre-approval still come into play or are backers charged instantly?
