I look for this plugin for several months. Today I accidentally tried this plugin. Great! But i wish it worked with Gravatars too.

When using this plugin, it makes everyone generic, even those who currently show up with their Gravatar. This is unfortunate, especially for comments from the site admins that ordinarily would show up as the site’s logo.

Even if it only left the site admin’s avatar in place, that would be fine (not ideal, but workable). As it is, had to deactivate it so that admin responses can be easily identified.

Excellent concept though.
