I need next and prev links at the bottom of the article, to work for all categories.

Right now, they only work for the articles for that specific category.

Is there solution to make it work across all categories?

When I go to the KB dashboard on the website, so exactly here: Knowledge Base -> Configuration -> Labels

And when I am there, I set my “Search Title – Article Page” html tag to something different then “Search Title – Main Page” html tag but after I save it, it always reverts to the the selected html tag as is on “Search Title – Main Page”.

So basically I want the “Search Title – Article Page” html tag to be H2 tag, but it always reverts to H1, which is currently selected for the first one.

Is this a bug? Any solution to this?

Whenever I try to link to anchor to some part of some post, it just starts and stops somewhere around the middle. All other anchors are working fine. Only the ones from KB aren’t linking to anachor properly.

Hello, I would like to create a hierarchical section in my training manual with this plugin meaning having a parent page with child pages that you normally would do with WP’s “page attributes” found on the sidebar. But with the plugin, it doesn’t show up when adding articles so I’m wondering if this is possible to do.

For example, one of my sections is entired, “Technical How-to’s” (this would be my parent page). The child pages could be: “Creating a new email account”, “Troubleshooting a WP Plugin”, “Editing web forms, etc.”

Is it possible to create parent/child pages with the plugin? If so, how? If not, is there a workaround option?

After updating our knowledge base plugin, the Arabic version of the knowledge page on our website is displaying “Articles coming soon” instead of the English articles.

Previously, both the Arabic and English knowledge base pages showed the same English articles since there was no Arabic version available. However, following the latest plugin update, the Arabic page now presents the message: “Articles coming soon”.

Hello, I recently downloaded and installed this plugin and I’m loving it! I’m using it as an online training manual for when I will retire and someone else will replace my position. Essentially, the only person who will access this knowledge-base is myself and my eventual replacement. So, I want to remove the Featured Articles section which includes popular articles, updated articles, etc. from the KB main page. It’s not needed in my case but I can’t seem to find an option to remove it or hide it. Is there a specific shortcode that I can use or is there a setting where I can turn this off?

All is in the title. I would like to report to you that, since long time ago, it’s not possible to edit and save EPKB settings / templates when Redis Object Cache (client set to PhpRedis) is enabled, while no other plugins have issue saving things in the database with Redis.

I encourage you to run tests on your end since an Object Cache system is essential for performance nowadays.

Configuration on main page of multisite worked out of the box. On all other instances on the multisite we get the Error

“Cannot load configuration.Please contact us for help hier.”

The documentation ( https://www.echoknowledgebase.com/documentation/more-features-rtl-accessibility/) did say nothing more than, install and activate on each instance. We did that.

Hi, I would like to know how to update excerpts from an article shown in Archived page.
I am using “all in one SEO” plugin, and it seems excerpts uses SEO information. But I updated this information, excerpts stays in the same as before.

I uses Demo contents in the beginning, and the article, which are from Demo contetnts stays in the same excerpts.
I would like to know how to fix and change excerpts in the archive page.

thanks for the plugin, it’s great! I use it on a couple of sites. When I was doing a FAQ today, I had some hard returns between the paragraphs but on the front end, they don’t have them. I looked through the settings but didn’t see that anywhere. Is this just by default or can they be created somehow?

As far as I can tell, most plugins that help exclude certain categories only affect the native search in wordpress and not the KB search.

Thank you for a great plugin. I’ve activated it and tried making an article, but noticed that the side menu is floating to the right. When I check with developer tools in Chrome, I can see that the content div has the id class “float_left” and if I change it to “float_right” then the menu floats to the left.

But how can I control this within the plugin settings?

We have completely build the knoweledge press blog and there is an issue that YoastSEO metadata option not showing we have updated our theme and plugin to latest version. triend disabled all pluing even reinstalled the yoast seo plugin. please help

KB article pages don’t maintain font layout & spacing

see the section called Sample Risks also see sub category Font looks funky why is that?

The KB is from a Word doc and needs to maintain the structure of the document. All fonts in the Word doc are Arial

Great plugin, but I have discovered this weird bug; I can create the Index using the shortcode [epkb-articles-index-directory] on its own page, and it displays fine, but when I make this page a child of the actual knowledge base, it can’t be found and returns the “oops!” message. My knowledge base page has the url mysite/guide/ and I want the index to be mysite/guide/index but at present this is not possible – any suggestions?
