Is it true, does the use of this plugin require a monthly subscription, that doesn’t sound right if it’s being done by eBay Australia?

I have installed the eBay listing and configured this plugin.
But I can not see the listing on ebay store: https://www.ebay.com.au/usr/forage-and-harvest
