I am interested in creating a document with bilingual support, specifically in English and Vietnamese. Ideally, I would like users to be able to select their preferred language, with the document redirecting accordingly to a URL in the chosen language—Vietnamese for Vietnamese users and English for English users.

Could you please advise if the EasyDocs plugin supports this functionality or if there are recommended configurations to achieve this?

This is a question about the search results.
When I type a search term in Search and press Enter, the search results are out of the page of this plugin. That is, it changes to the search results screen in WordPress. This means that when searching, not only the docs list but also the post’s writing are all shown in the search results. I don’t know why it’s not in the page of this plugin.
I changed it to the WordPress default theme(Twenty Twenty-Four) and tried it, and it was the same result. However, in the past, the page of this plugin showed the search results normally.
Is this operation normal? If not, what should I do?

Hi I’d like some advice on how I can add type of content after the EazyDocs template, in particular when using Elementor.

When I create a template in Elementor and apply it to all Docs pages, it doesn’t show the Elementor content.

After adding the pro version I realized there was a reference to a function that doesn’t exist. This was causing a bug that caused all of my to not display.

In /wp-content/plugins/eazydocs-pro/includes/functions.php the eazydocs_voted() calls unsort() on a function that doesn’t exist. usort( $vote_dates, "ezd_main_date_sort" ); .

As a temporary fix I removed the eazydocs_voted() functionality from the plugin but this is just a temp fix so I can do the work that needs to be done. I’m looking for a more permanent solution so we can continue updating the plugin in the future and have all of the functionality back.

Hello EazyDocs Team,

I’m experiencing an issue after upgrading the EazyDocs plugin from version 2.4.1 to 2.5.0. Same issue persists after trying 2.5.2 too. After the upgrade, all internal documentation links now include an extra ‘/-/’ after the domain name. For example:

• Current (after upgrade): https://docs.site.com/-/faq/
• Expected (before upgrade): https://docs.site.com/faq/

Directly entering the correct URLs still works, but all automatically generated internal links are affected.

Here are some details and steps I’ve already taken to troubleshoot:

1. Environment: The issue occurs in a WordPress setup where I cannot disable other addons for testing. However, version 2.4.1 of EazyDocs worked fine with the same addons, so it’s likely something specific to the updates in versions 2.5.0 and after.
2. Permalink Settings: I’ve tried resetting the permalink structure in WordPress by switching to a different structure, saving, and then reverting to the original settings. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the issue.
3. Version Rollback: Rolling back to version 2.4.1 solves the problem, which confirms that the issue is introduced starting from version 2.5.0.

Given that this appears to be a bug or configuration change introduced in the recent updates, could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Are there any new settings or steps I need to follow to fix the URL structure?

After the last update (Version 2.5.1), the page that contains the EazyDocs search banner block is not working. I can’t even edit that page, and if I try to drop the search banner block in a new page, that page will fail to be saved.

What would be the workaround?

But when I tried deactivating Docy theme and using another theme, I can access EazyDocs settings. So I figure this could be Docy conflicting with EazyDocs. Can you take a look into this?

After updating the plugin to the latest version 2.4.0 I noticed that in the Gutenberg pages where EazyDocs is loaded the header and footer of the site appear indented.
Inspecting the CSS code I saw that in the “.ezd-container-fluid” class present in the “_framework.scss” file there is a left and right padding of 50 pixels that is applied throughout the site and not just in the “documentation_area” container ”. This setting changes the header and footer of the site by displaying it incorrectly, especially in the mobile version.
You should locate the fill only to the “documentation_area”.
Can you kindly modify your plugin templates to fix this problem?

In version 2.3.9,

Function ‘eazydocs_set_post_view’ is renamed to ‘eazydoocs_set_post_view’ and it occurs fatal error on site that override ‘singe-doc-content.php’

If it’s just a mistake on development, I’ll wait for updated version, or I’ll change my theme’s ‘eazydocs_set_post_view’ to ‘eazydoocs_set_post_view’

I have a problem with your plugin: when I click on an EazyDocs document, the header (along with the menu) and the footer of the site are not loaded. Look at the attached screenshots. Can you help me understand the problem? I’m using a native Gutenberg theme.

I have created my docs and then i want to order the last one to the top, that’s when i found out that it gives error everytime i try to drag-n-drop any doc to the top or to other section it’s all the same error code 500 (Internal Server Error).

Is there a way to make the Docs page itself private. I understand how to make the articles private, but can I make the Docs homepage private as well?

‘the_content’ filter applied to all posts on site without ‘reference’ shortcode ??

And the filter applied with closure function and even developer cannot exclude that filter

The code should applied ONLY when the ‘reference’ code is included and the filter function must have function name not closure!!

We have setup easydocs however when editing pages with elementor, the scss loads fine such as:

/wp-content/plugins/eazydocs/assets/scss/frontend/_search_banner.scss

However, when just browsing the site there is no sign of the scss files being loaded, so the styling is not correct.

Any idea what could cause this? We use litespeed cache.

Is there an excel file import feature in eazydocs, and if so, how can I display excel file data in eazydocs?

I have already tested weDocs and Better Docs. They didn’t work out for me. The navigation sidebar and breadcrumb feature was not loading.

Is there an option that I’ve missed as I currently can’t seem to find a way to re-arrange the Doc Titles after they are created. Is this a premium feature or is it simply not possible and I need to think the exact order the docs would exist ahead of time and then create them sequentially.

Hi, Is it possible to make use of a nice plugin within a document section to show a gallery of photos?

We have a need to showcase around 20 images per section on the linked page.

I wanted to use Photo Gallery plugin ideally as this has a very nice display.

I created a page with 10 sections, and made it a one-page doc. Some days later, I added a new 11th section ‘Providing theme assets’, which we wanted to go second in the order.
I can drag and move the section up to the second position in the list (first screenshot). but then on refreshing it is back to the bottom (second screenshot)

Furthermore, the live page is also not up-to-date/in-sync with the last change we made to this order of the first two sections (third screenshot). However, that time, the order change at least worked (saved/stuck) on the admin side.

Is this a known bug with a known solution?
It seems like a very basic but persistent issue.

I really like the on-page TOC feature, but it seems limited to only H1 and H2 tags?

Is there an option or hook to let the TOC build across all the header tags (H1-H6)?
