How do I connect flamingo to this plugin data?
Good afternoon,
I am using the plugin on my site to capture the referrers and information to better track google parameter’s and so on, I am finding though the referrers is always being kept blank which does not make too much sense to me.
I suspect it may be because someone browses to page A, and from there they go to page B (the contact page) and the referrer / UTM information is being lost, is there any way to retain this information.
Cheers
Hey! Thanks for your helpful plugin. I have a question. I use the following UTM tag for ads: https://radar-c.ru/?utm_source=yandex&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign={campaign_id}&utm_content={ad_id}_{source}&utm_term={keyword}&device={device_type}®ion={region_id}®ion_name={region_name}
The problem is that I need to pass the region_name but I have no idea how this can be done. Please tell me, could your plugin pass such a parameter?
Hi Mario Valney
Thanks for your great work with this plugin. How can I paste UTM parameter (source, medium, campaign…_ to google sheet as well?
Using the plugin CF7 to Webhook to pass contact forms submissions to Zapier. I have the
Source: [utm_source]
Medium: [utm_medium]
Term: [utm_term]
Campaign: [utm_campaign]
Content: [utm_content]
added to the Special Mail Tags field.
The data does not come across.

Hi! Could you plugin to show document.referrer. I mean if some user click on some site, for example example.com link to mi site and on my site he submit form, could your plugin send me url of that example.com site from which user have come to my site?
Hello,
Thank you for a great plugin, it works nicely!
I want to pass the UTM tags the plugin extracts from URL to marketing automation software (Mautic). To do that you have to link CF7 form with corresponding marketing automation software form with the help of a dedicated plugin and indicate the names of CF7 fields you want to pass.
So I have connected CF7 with marketing software successfully and I do get the usual data from CF7 submission to my automation software. Unfortunately, I can’t get UTM data. As I need field names used in CF7 for UTM tags I tried “utm_source”, “utm_medium”, “utm_term”, “utm_content” and “utm_campaign”. Are these the correct field names? Any ideas maybe there could be some other issues?
Thank you!

Hi There,
Great Work, was asking if there’s a way to pass url parameters to thank you page as well.
Hi,
I just installed the plugin on wordpress 4.9.8 and start trying to use this.
but this plugin return only black Results. You can see it here https://we.tl/t-Im9giN9CbQ
Thanks,
We’ve installed your plugin and love it!
I am curious if there is a way to integrate your plugin with the Contact Form DB plugin (or another DB storage plugin that you would recommend) that would also store the UTM parameters that are captured?
We’d prefer to have access to this information in spreadsheet form.
Bonus: Could we remove it from sending via email? If not, that’s fine. Our priority is storing the information in a DB somewhere.
Hi great plugin, I noticed the UTM data only feeds to the mail1 field address in contact form 7, how can the mail2 field be enabled to email the UTM data as well? Thanks again
I’ve just today created https://mountpleasantmagazine.com/free-magazine/ using CF7 and when I fill the form out and submit it, I get UTM data – using that exact link above. The link above has no UTM parameters so I expect to get no UTM data in the email.
I recognize the UTM data, it was used for a different form URL on https://mountpleasantmagazine.com/.
Also, if I visit https://mountpleasantmagazine.com/free-magazine/ from a different browser I get blank UTM data as I should.
1. Why am I getting UTM data passed from a different from with a different URL?
2. Can I turn on/off UTM tracking on each of my CF7 forms?
Hi – Thanks first of all for a great plugin.
I only need to track one parameter, as I am using this to track on which button someone clicked (and where that button is) and include it in the E-Mail.
We are using an HTML Template for our CF7 Mails and the table with the UTM infos is not included in-line. In fact, I would preferably like to include for example utm_source as a label within the e-mail.
Is this possible?
If not, could you let me know how I can center the table that is sent at the bottom of the mail? Is it possible to only show the one utm_source parameter and hide the rest?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Kind regards
Mark
Could you also save the page on which the user entered the website through the UTM link? It would be helpful.
The code changes required:
Second last line in JS, add:
createCookie(“_deco_utmurl”, document.location.href, 60);
PHP file, fetch the cookie and append it the following to the email:
$url = $_COOKIE[‘_deco_utmurl’];
$email_utm .= ‘

URL

’. $url .'

’;
I am putting this up here so that a future update does not require me to monkey patch my code again and also someone could find it useful.
Thank you.
I installed the plugin “Easy UTM tracking with contact form 7”. With no further set up it sends UTM parameters along with a Contact Form 7 submission, which is slick, but it incorrectly writes the value of utm_content to the utm_campaign field and vice versa.
UTM parameters do not need to be used in any particular order. I assumed perhaps the plugin was programmed in a way that required a particular order, and that perhaps I had used utm_content and utm_campaign in an order that it didn’t like. However, reversing the order of those two values in the URL didn’t make a difference. The plugin allows the parameters to appear in any order, as it should, it just seems to mix up these two fields.
Anyone else observe this? Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Stefan
