It appear in anonymous navigation too so it means everyone can see what is in my media library and I click on “delete” it telete it from my library

I have to desactivate the extension until I have a solution

The shortcode for Easy Upload Files During Checkoutis not work as seen in the video, can I get some help with this issue.

We are using the free version of your plugin and it is not uploading anything when we are using it. We have it set up for the Cart page. We just have the default upload directory. When I tested after customers were saying they did upload and we did not receive anything I did not receive anything either.

I have setup this plugin in my site. When i am trying to upload the image then it gives the following errors.

Credit Card Number is a required field.
Credit Card Expiration is a required field.
Credit Card CVC is a required field.
Please read and accept the terms and conditions to proceed with your order.
Captcha is a required field.

This means it auto submits the order on selecting the image.
Please provide solution for this.

I’ve been trying to get the uploader to allow AI and EPS files. I’ve added the line of PHP to my Functions.php to permit specific file types. I no longer get the error that the file type isn’t allowed but when the upload reaches 100% it doesn’t seem to attach the file. The page refreshes and I have the option to upload again.

I’ve tested with a PDF and this works fine, I can also see the PDF uploaded in the media library. With EPS and AI neither files get uploaded to the media library.

I’m not very knowledgeable in PHP etc but I’ve even asked our web developer to look and he’s said there’s no reason it shouldn’t work. He’s checked the error log and the plugin isn’t triggering any errors.

Any help would be great, thank you.

I have online printing website. I have file uploads plugin but id does not work, stacks on upload.
Let me explain how my website works:
1)Use upload s printing images on product page, if particular image need to b printed two, tree or mero times he indicates as we indicate fo product quantity, per uploaded image have ownd quantity indicator. Quantiti of images user can change from chackout page too.
2)Uploaded images i see on chackout page too.
3) file upload form and button is under product ptions and over Add to Cart button.
4) uploaded images with indicated printing image quaintites admin can ses on admin panel. E.g if for second uploaded image user indicatd 2 item, on this image admin sees quantity 2.
5) After making order user and admin gets mail where both sees uploaded images and indicatd printng quantities.

Tell me plaease which of this options have your plugin, which can be added what will be price?

P.S. As i told i have plugin wt tis functions, but it cant upload file adn stops working during uploads. I have to avoid this failure.

I have a question: the option to attach images to the order email, is it Premium only? I mean, I can activate it without nag screens or grey options so I assume its part of the free version.

But I tested a few times and I get no attachment on the order email.

I am using wp_handle_upload in my plugin. However, I believe your plugin has a hook on that function. It gets a WC session:

$wc_session = WC()->session;

Then it throws a fatal error when trying to use that null object.

Can you change it somehow so that it does not affect other plugins using wp_handle_upload, or provide advice on how we can be compatible with your plugin? Thank you!

I am using the premium version of the plugin. I have a product which I do not want a customer to upload a file for however after ticking the item in the Optional tab to restrict the file upload it still appears.

I have turned off the mandatory file upload on the plugin to see if that would work but that doesn’t work either.

Uploaded latest version (2.4.6) and now the only Checkout page placement option is the Premium “Checkout Page > Top of the Page”.

Cart placement is worthless.

I am using the free version of the plugin. On upload, the file is uploaded and the entire cart page then reloads within the area that the upload field was.

Hence, my cart page is showing twice within one page.

How do I prevent this? It happens if I set the plugin to refresh and not refresh on upload.

The customer has uploaded a file with their order but when you click on it it says the page doesn��t exist? Why is this?

for the pro version. are the file uploads stored on the woo customer profile page. Also, can we attach the file to the new order email?

Hi Fahad, I would like to use this plugin on multi-vendor sites. Here is an example of use case.
Product 1 from vendor 1 requires file upload and product 2 from vendor 2 does not require file upload.
If customer purchases both product 1 and product 2, only vendor 1 should be able to see the file that is uploaded in the order details.
is this something the plugin can be customized to do?
