Every time I develop a website, I find myself using this tool quite a bit. At first, it is on all the time, then I start switching back and forth, between having the site live or having the “in development” page running. This tool makes it easy to handle this process.

Much much much better template for a “coming soon” page than the other plugins I tried before finding this plugin. Beautifully designed template with lots of options/variables that can be easily changed without any code! When I emailed Bob with a question about changing a minor detail of the template, he got back to me promptly with code to further customize the template. Great work on this plugin, Bob!

I installed this plugin and within 5 minutes had a fantastic “Site under construction” page whist building my new site. Previously spent hours emailing my host support for advice on how to hide site from public view while it’s being built. They suggested disabling nameservers but as I am fairly new to web building decided that was not the way forward. This is and have also installed the “Coming Soon Page” plugin which I will try when I get time. Many thanks.

Just needed to swap out a theme on one of my sites and decided to use a maintenance mode plugin. Never heard of this Easy pie one, but decided to give it a try.
I like that you can choose between 4 different “overlays” and add your own text to it.
It could perhaps be made a little bit more clear what text comes where. I was momentarily confused where “title” was going to go.
It’s a pity that you only need this plugin when maintenance needs to be done on the site ??

I really liked this plugin til I tried to deactivate it. It would not deactivate. I had to go back in and delete it. If it would have deactivated I would have given it 5 stars.

This is one of the best maintenance mode plugins I have tried (and I tried a few).
Its so simple to set up and customise a coming soon page – I had in done in a few minutes. Does everything I needed it to do, and nothing I didn’t!
